The device of claim 11 wherein baffles define apertures, and the housing, baffles and apertures define at least a portion of a fuel passageway; and wherein the conduit is configured to be in thermal communication with exhaust and configured to be in thermal communication with fuel in a mist form. 16. A fuel vaporizer, comprising: a mist vaporizer comprising: a housing;baffles, the baffles joined to the housing and the baffles defining apertures, the housing, baffles and apertures defining at least a portion of a fuel passageway; andconduit extending through the baffles, the conduit being in thermal communication with exhaust and being in thermal communication with fuel in a mist form; anda boiler, the boiler being integrated with the mist vaporizer. 17. The device of claim 16 wherein the housing and baffles define a plurality of chambers; and the conduit extending through the baffles and chambers, each chamber sized and adapted to hold a pool of fuel. 18. The device of claim 16 wherein the baffles define apertures on opposing portions of adjacent baffles. 19.
