1. A non-transitory machine-readable storage medium encoded with instructions for execution by a user device, the medium comprising: instructions for displaying an indication of an incoming request to establish a communication session with a patient operating a medication dispenser;instructions for establishing a two-way communication session with the patient via the medication dispenser based on a physician user of the user device approving the incoming request;instructions for displaying a dispense user interface (UI) element during the two-way communication session;instructions for receiving a selection of the dispense UI element from the physician user; andinstructions for transmitting, based on the selection, a command for the medication dispenser to dispense a medication to the patient. 2. The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 1, further comprising: instructions for retrieving medication data describing medication available via the medication dispenser; andinstructions for displaying an indication of the medication data in association with the dispense UI element. 3. The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 2, wherein the medication data comprises an expiration date for the medication. 4. The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 1, further comprising: instructions for displaying a second dispense UI element during the two-way communication session;instructions for receiving a selection of the second dispense UI element from the physician user; andinstructions for transmitting, based on the selection of the second dispense UI element, a command for the medication dispenser to dispense a second medication to the patient. 5. The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 1, further comprising: instructions for receiving medication information indicating whether the medication is available for dispensing to the patient, wherein:the instructions for displaying a dispense user interface (UI) element comprise instructions for displaying the dispense UI element as non-selectable when the medication information indicates that the medication is not available for dispensing to the patient, andthe instructions for receiving a selection of the dispense UI element from the physician user are configured to be executed based on the medication information indicating that the medication is available for dispensing to the patient. 6. The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 1, further comprising: instructions for receiving, via the two-way communication session, a stream of video data from the medication dispenser; andinstructions for displaying video to the physician user based on the stream of video data. 7. The non-transitory machine-readable storage medium of claim 1, further comprising: instructions for receiving entry of a message from the physician user; andinstructions for transmitting a command for the medication dispenser to display the entered message to the patient. 8. A method performed by a user device, the method comprising: establishing a two way communication session between a physician user of the user device and a patient via a remote medication dispenser;receiving information describing a medication associated with the medication dispenser during the two way communication session;displaying a dispense user interface (UI) element representative of the medication for selection by the physician user during the two way communication session;transmitting, based on selection of the dispense UI element, a command for the remote medication dispenser to dispense the medication to the patient during the two way communication session. 9. The method of claim 8, wherein the received medication information comprises an expiration date, the method further comprising displaying the expiration date in association with the dispense UI element. 10. The method of claim 8, wherein the received information additionally describes a second medication associated with the medication dispenser, the method further comprising: displaying a second dispense UI element representative of the second medication associated with the medication dispenser; andtransmitting, based on selection of the second dispense UI element, a command for the remote medication dispenser to dispense the second medication to the patient. 11. The method of claim 8, wherein the received information indicates whether the medication is available for dispensing from the remote medication dispenser, further comprising: displaying an indication that the medication is unavailable for dispensing based on the received information indicating that the medication is unavailable for dispensing; anddisallowing selection of the dispense UI element based on the received information indicating that the medication is unavailable for dispensing. 12.
