The peripheral device holder of claim 8, wherein the coupling arrangement permits the first and second body portions to be coupled in one or more positions in addition to the first and second positions. 10. A peripheral device holder for a mobile computing device, comprising: a first body portion having a first contact surface;a second body portion having a second contact surface opposite the first contact surface;a peripheral device carried by the first body portion;a coupling arrangement that couples the first body portion and the second body portion and is configured to secure the mobile computing device within a device space of the holder defined between the first contact surface and the second contact surface;wherein the first contact surface of the first body portion is configured to contact a surface of the mobile computing device on each side of a communication port of the mobile computing device, wherein the peripheral device configured to electronically connect to the communication port of the mobile computing device;a handle carried by the second body portion, the handle having a handgrip portion spaced laterally from the device space and the mobile computing device when the mobile computing device is held by the holder, the handgrip portion coupled to the second body portion by a pair of spaced-apart, parallel side supports that each extend from an end of the handgrip portion to the second body portion, wherein the parallel side supports and the handgrip portion cooperate to define an access space that is sized to accommodate a portion of a hand of a user between the parallel side supports to allow grasping of the handgrip portion. 13.
