The method for manufacturing a bonded wafer according to claim 2, wherein the reclaimed wafer is obtained by performing the reclaiming process with reduction of the thickness twice or more. 4. The method for manufacturing a bonded wafer according to claim 3, wherein the reclaimed wafer is obtained by performing the reclaiming process to reduce the thickness by 5 μm or more. 5. The method for manufacturing a bonded wafer according to claim 4, wherein the bond wafer and the base wafer are silicon single crystal wafers, the insulator film is a silicon oxide film, and the thin film is an SOI layer. 6. The method for manufacturing a bonded wafer according to claim 3, wherein the bond wafer and the base wafer are silicon single crystal wafers, the insulator film is a silicon oxide film, and the thin film is an SOI layer. 7. The method for manufacturing a bonded wafer according to claim 2, wherein the reclaimed wafer is obtained by performing the reclaiming process to reduce the thickness by 5 μm or more. 8.
