The reconfigurable operational amplifier according to claim 2, wherein said resistor is provided in a plurality in series or in parallel to each other in said at least one path. 4. The reconfigurable operational amplifier according to claim 1, wherein each of said plurality of logic units includes a plurality of address lines, a plurality of data lines, a memory unit, and an address decoder that decodes an address signal and outputs a decoded signal to said memory unit. 5. The reconfigurable operational amplifier according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of logic units and said operational amplifier are packaged within a same chip package. 6. A reconfigurable operational amplifier device, comprising: a plurality of the reconfigurable operational amplifiers according to claim 1; andlogic units that connect said plurality of reconfigurable operational amplifiers to one another. 7. A reconfigurable operational amplifier device, comprising: a plurality of the reconfigurable operational amplifiers according to claim 1; andtransistors that connect said plurality of reconfigurable operational amplifiers to one another. 8. The reconfigurable operational amplifier according to claim 1, wherein said one or more of said plurality of logic units are provided in each of the negative feedback circuit path, the first input circuit path, the second input circuit path, and the output circuit path. 9. The reconfigurable operational amplifier according to claim 1, further comprising: a capacitor in at least one path among the negative feedback circuit path, the first input circuit path, the second input circuit path, and the output circuit path;wherein in said at least one path in which said capacitor is provided, said one or more of the plurality of logic units are provided so as to selectively bypass or connect said capacitor. 10. The reconfigurable operational amplifier according to claim 1, wherein said one or more of said plurality of logic units are provided in each of the negative feedback circuit path, the first input circuit path, the second input circuit path, and the output circuit path, wherein said reconfigurable operational amplifier further comprises:a capacitor in at least one path among the negative feedback circuit path, the first input circuit path, the second input circuit path, and the output circuit path; anda resistor in at least one path among the negative feedback circuit path, the first input circuit path, the second input circuit path, and the output circuit path,wherein in said at least one path in which said capacitor is provided, said one or more of the plurality of logic units are provided so as to selectively bypass or connect said capacitor, andwherein in said at least one path in which said resistor is provided, said one or more of the plurality of logic units are provided so as to selectively bypass or connect said resistor. 11. A reconfigurable operational amplifier device, comprising: a plurality of the reconfigurable operational amplifiers, each of the plurality of reconfigurable operational amplifier comprising: a first signal input terminal;a second signal input terminal;an output terminal;an operational amplifier having a non-inverting input, an inverting input, and an output;a negative feedback circuit path from the output of the operational amplifier to said inverting input of the operational amplifier;a first input circuit path from the first signal input terminal to the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier;a second input circuit path from the second signal input terminal to the inverting input of the operational amplifier;an output circuit path from the output of the operational amplifier to the output terminal; anda plurality of logic units,wherein one or more of said plurality of logic units are provided in at least one of the negative feedback circuit path, the first input circuit path, the second input circuit path, and the output circuit path; andlogic units that connect said plurality of reconfigurable operational amplifiers to one another. 12. A reconfigurable operational amplifier device, comprising: a plurality of the reconfigurable operational amplifiers each of the plurality of reconfigurable operational amplifier comprising: a first signal input terminal;a second signal input terminal;an output terminal;an operational amplifier having a non-inverting input, an inverting input, and an output;a negative feedback circuit path from the output of the operational amplifier to said inverting input of the operational amplifier;a first input circuit path from the first signal input terminal to the non-inverting input of the operational amplifier;a second input circuit path from the second signal input terminal to the inverting input of the operational amplifier;an output circuit path from the output of the operational amplifier to the output terminal; anda plurality of logic units,wherein one or more of said plurality of logic units are provided in at least one of the negative feedback circuit path, the first input circuit path, the second input circuit path, and the output circuit path; andtransistors that connect said plurality of reconfigurable operational amplifiers to one another. 13.
