The drive unit according to claim 2, wherein at least one of the apparatuses includes a generator located inside the corresponding inner chamber. 4. The drive unit according to claim 2, wherein in each apparatus, the air inlet of the corresponding ventilation circuit is located above the corresponding inner chamber. 5. The drive unit according to claim 4, wherein the air inlet of each apparatus includes apertures located on at least one exterior side of the drive unit. 6. The drive unit according to claim 2, wherein the engine includes an exhaust pipe, the exhaust pipe having a first end connected to the engine and a second end exiting outside of the corresponding inner chamber. 7. The drive unit according to claim 1, wherein the motor of at least one of the apparatuses is an electric motor powered by at least one battery located inside the corresponding inner chamber. 8. The drive unit according to claim 1, wherein the ventilation circuit of the inner chamber of at least one of the apparatuses includes a thermostat to automatically switch on or off at least one fan. 9. The drive unit according to claim 1, wherein the two apparatuses are paired through adjacent lateral walls of the apparatuses. 10. The drive unit according to claim 1, wherein the inner chamber of the two apparatuses is maintained at a positive pressure with reference to the atmospheric pressure. 11. The drive unit according to claim 1, further including a handlebar connected to the housings of the apparatuses and that extends substantially rearwards. 12. The drive unit according to claim 1, wherein the drive unit includes a transport rack located above the tracks and that is connected to the housings. 13. The drive unit according to claim 12, wherein the transport rack includes a dump body. 14. The drive unit according to claim 13, wherein the dump body is mechanically tilted using a motorized arrangement provided on the drive unit. 15. The drive unit according to claim 14, wherein the drive unit includes a rear platform to transport an operator.
