The autoinjector according to claim 2, in which said injection means comprise a piston rod connected to said locking finger by a wire. 5. The autoinjector according to claim 1, in which said projection is formed on an external inclined ramp of the trigger, said projection axially moving a control slide of the tank movement device. 6. The autoinjector according to claim 1, in which each planetary comprises, on one side, at least one rod, each rod rotatably receiving a satellite, and, on the other side, a gear co-operating with the satellites of the adjacent stage. 7. The autoinjector according to claim 1, in which said retarding device includes an upper body provided with a central sleeve and with a gear on its lateral internal surface, said gear co-operating with said satellites. 8. The autoinjector according to claim 1, in which said epicycloidal train comprises at least two planetaries, a first planetary being driven in rotation by said trigger, the satellites of said first planetary driving said second planetary in rotation, the rotation of said second planetary being demultiplied so as to brake the rotation of the trigger. 9. The autoinjector according to claim 1, wherein the piston and needle are part of a pre-primed syringe. 10. The autoinjector according to claim 1, wherein the epicycloidal train has four stages. 11.
