A method of facilitating a collaboration session among a plurality of conferees including at least first and second conferees using first and second different interface devices that includes first and second display screens, respectively, the method comprising the steps of: presenting a first session interface on the first display screen, the session interface including a session queue, a first sharing window and a first private window, the first sharing window, the first private window and the session queue simultaneously presented on the first display screen, the session queue including a list of documents uploaded to the session by at least one of the conferees, wherein the first conferee can open any document in the session queue in the first sharing window and any document in the session queue in the first private window at any time during a conference; andpresenting a second session interface on the second display screen, the second session interface including the session document queue, a second sharing window and a second private window, wherein the second conferee can open any document in the session queue in the second sharing window and any document in the session queue in the second private window at any time during a conference; andwherein, any change in the document opened in either of the first or second sharing windows is mirrored in the other of the first and second sharing windows;wherein at least a subset of the documents in the session queue are multipage documents and wherein first and second instances of a first multipage document are opened to different pages in the first private space and in the first sharing space, respectively, and wherein either of the first and second session interfaces is useable to page through the second instance of the first multipage document in an egalitarian fashion. 2. The method of claim 1 wherein changes in the documents opened in each of the first and second private windows are not replicated in the other of the first and second private windows. 3. The method of claim 1 wherein the first and second interface devices enable the first and second conferees to annotate a document presented in the first and second sharing windows, respectively, and wherein annotations to a document in either of the first or second sharing windows is mirrored in the other of the first and second sharing windows. 4. The method of claim 3 wherein the first and second interface devices enable the first and second conferees to annotate a document presented in the first and second private windows. 5. The method of claim 4 wherein annotations to documents in the first and second private windows are mirrored on instances of the documents cached by other devices linked to a session. 6. The method of claim 4 wherein annotations to documents in the first and second private windows are not mirrored on instances of the documents cached by other devices linked to the session. 7. The method of claim 1 wherein at least a subset of the documents in the session queue are multipage documents and wherein different instances of a first multi-page document are opened to different pages in the first and second private windows. 8. The method of claim 1 wherein first and second different documents from the session queue are simultaneously open in the first and second private windows. 9. The method of claim 1 wherein the first session interface further includes a first private queue including a first list of document instances moved into the first private queue by the first conferee and the second session interface further includes a second private queue including a second list of document instances moved into the second private queue by the second conferee. 10. The method of claim 1 further including providing first and second memories that are associated with the first and second display screens, caching the queue documents in the first memory and caching the documents separately in the second memory for driving the first and second display screens, respectively. 11. The method of claim 1 further including the step of at least the second conferee uploading documents to the session queue that appear in the queue on the first display screen and on the second display screen. 12. The method of claim 1 wherein the plurality of conferees further includes at least a third conferee using a second interface device that includes a third display screen, the method further including the steps of, presenting a third session interface on the third display screen, the third session interface including the session queue, a third sharing window and a third private window, wherein the third conferee can open any document in the session queue in the third sharing window and any document in the session queue in the third private window at any time during a conference and, wherein, any change in the document opened in either of the first, second or third sharing windows is mirrored in the others of the first, second and third sharing windows. 13. The method of claim 12 wherein changes in the documents opened in each of the first, second and third private windows are not replicated in the others of the first, second and third private windows. 14. The method of claim 12 further including the step of at least the second conferee uploading documents to the session queue that appear in the queue on the first display screen and on the second display screen. 15. The method of claim 1 wherein the session queue is generated and stored prior to commencement of the session and wherein the session queue can be updated during an on-going session that at least first and second conferees are linked to. 16. The method of claim 15 wherein session documents include images. 17. A method of facilitating a collaboration session among a plurality of conferees including at least first and second conferees using first and second different interface devices that includes first and second display screens, respectively, the method comprising the steps of: prior to a session commencing, creating a session queue that includes a plurality of records that may be accessed during the session at a subsequent time;during the session:(i) presenting a first session interface on the first display screen, the first session interface including the session queue, a first sharing window and a first private window, wherein the first conferee can open any document in the session queue in the first sharing window and any document in the session queue in the first private window at any time during a session; and(iii) presenting a second session interface on the second display screen, the second session interface including the session queue, a second sharing window and a second private window, wherein the second conferee can open any document in the session queue in the second sharing window and any document in the session queue in the second private window at any time during a session; andwherein, any change in the record opened in either of the first or second sharing windows is mirrored in the other of the first and second sharing windows and wherein changes in the records opened in each of the first and second private windows are not replicated in the other of the first and second private windows; andwherein at least a subset of the records in the session queue are multipage records and wherein first and second instances of a first multipage record are opened to different pages in the first private space and in the first sharing space, respectively, and wherein either of the first and second session interfaces is useable to page through the second instance of the first multipage record in an egalitarian fashion. 18. A method of facilitating a collaboration session among a plurality of conferees, each conferee using a different interface device that includes a device unique display screen, the method comprising the steps of: prior to a session commencing, receiving records from at least first and second conferees and placing those records in a session queue associated with the session;during the session:(i) presenting a first session interface on the first display screen, the first session interface including the session queue and a first sharing window, wherein the first conferee can open any document in the session queue in the first sharing window during a session; and(iii) presenting a second session interface on the second display screen, the second session interface including the session queue and a second sharing window, wherein the second conferee can open any document in the session queue in the second sharing window;wherein, any change in the record opened in either of the first or second sharing windows is mirrored in the other of the first and second sharing windows and wherein changes in the records opened in each of the first and second private windows are not replicated in the other of the first and second private windows;wherein, at least each of the first and second conferees can add records to the session queue; andwherein at least a subset of the records in the session queue are multipage records and wherein first and second instances of a first multipage record are opened to different pages in the first private space and in the first sharing space, respectively, and wherein either of the first and second session interfaces is useable to page through the second instance of the first multipage record in an egalitarian fashion. 19. The method of claim 18 wherein the first session interface further includes a first private queue including a first list of record instances moved into the first private queue by the first conferee and the second session interface further includes a second private queue including a second list of record instances moved into the second private queue by the second conferee. 20. An system for facilitating a collaboration session among a plurality of conferees including at least first and second conferees, the system comprising: first and second different interface devices that includes first and second display screens, respectively;at least a processor programmed to perform the steps of:(i) presenting a first session interface on the first display screen, the session interface including a session queue, a first sharing window and a first private window, the session queue including a list of documents uploaded to the session by at least one of the conferees, wherein the first conferee can open any document in the session queue in the first sharing window and any document in the session queue in the first private window at any time during a conference; and(ii) presenting a second session interface on the second display screen, the second session interface including the session document queue, a second sharing window and a second private window, wherein the second conferee can open any document in the session queue in the second sharing window and any document in the session queue in the second private window at any time during a conference; andwherein, any change in the document opened in either of the first or second sharing windows is mirrored in the other of the first and second sharing windows; andwherein at least a subset of the records in the session queue are multipage records and wherein first and second instances of a first multipage record are opened to different pages in the first private space and in the first sharing space, respectively, and wherein either of the first and second session interfaces is useable to page through the second instance of the first multipage record in an egalitarian fashion.
