The vacuum flask assembly according to claim 1, wherein when the push-button lid is mounted to the storage vessel, the fluid passageway communicates inside the storage vessel with outside the storage vessel, the valve being operable to change the push-button lid from said closed condition to said open condition, thereby opening and closing the fluid passageway from the inside of the vacuum flask to the outside of the vacuum flask.
