A tank assembly as in claim 1, wherein the at least one heating cord has a bending radius smaller than 1.5 times the diameter of the heating cord. 7. A tank assembly as in claim 1, wherein the at least one heating cord is fixed internally to the wall or part of the tank at least at one position along its length. 8. A tank assembly as in claim 1, wherein the tank comprises more than one heating cord arranged in a series electrical circuit. 9.
