The gaming system of claim 1, wherein the first evaluation is associated with a first paytable for the second game and the second, different evaluation is associated with a second, different paytable for the second game. 3. The gaming system of claim 1, wherein when executed by the at least one processor, the plurality of instructions cause the at least one processor to cause the at least one display device to simultaneously display the play of the first game and the play of the second game. 4. The gaming system of claim 1, wherein the at least one display device includes a designated display device and when executed by the at least one processor, the plurality of instructions cause the at least one processor to at least partially simultaneously display the play of the first game and the play of the second game on the designated display device. 5. The gaming system of claim 4, wherein the first game includes a first plurality of reels and the second game includes a second, different plurality of reels. 6. The gaming system of claim 1, wherein the plurality of input devices includes a cashout device actuatable to cause an initiation of a payout associated with a credit balance. 7. The gaming system of claim 1, wherein a first wager on the play of the first game and a second wager on the play of the second game are each received prior to any additional wagers being received on any additional plays of any games. 8. The gaming system of claim 1, wherein at least one of any first game award and any second game award is at least one selected from the group of: a quantity of monetary credits, a quantity of non-monetary credits, and a quantity of player tracking points. 9. A method of operating a gaming system, said method comprising: responsive to a wager deducted from a credit balance being placed, initiating, by at least one processor, a play of a first game and a play of a second game, said credit balance being: increasable via an acceptor of a first physical item associated with a first monetary value, anddecreasable via a cashout device configured to receive an input to cause an initiation of a payout associated with the credit balance,for the play of the first game: determining, by the at least one processor, a plurality of first game symbols,causing a display, via at least one display device, of the determined plurality of first game symbols,determining, by the at least one processor and based at least in part on at least one of the displayed plurality of first game symbols, any first game award, andcausing a display, via the at least one display device, of any determined first game award, andfor the play of the second game which occurs at least partially simultaneously with the play of the first game: determining, by the at least one processor, a plurality of second game symbols,causing a display, via the at least one display device, of the determined plurality of second game symbols,responsive to the displayed plurality of first game symbols including a designated symbol: determining, by the at least one processor and based at least in part on a first evaluation of at least one of the displayed plurality of second game symbols, any second game award, andcausing a display, via the at least one display device, of any determined second game award, andresponsive to the displayed plurality of first game symbols not including the designated symbol: determining, by the at least one processor and based at least in part on a second, different evaluation of the at least one of the displayed plurality of second game symbols, any second game award, andcausing a display, via the at least one display device, of any determined second game award. 10. The method of claim 9, wherein the first evaluation is associated with a first paytable for the second game and the second, different evaluation is associated with a second, different paytable for the second game. 11. The method of claim 9, further comprising causing a simultaneously display, via the at least one display device, of the play of the first game and the play of the second game. 12. The method of claim 9, further comprising causing a designated display device to at least partially simultaneously display the play of the first game and the play of the second game. 13. The method of claim 12, wherein the first game includes a first plurality of reels and the second game includes a second, different plurality of reels. 14. The method of claim 9, wherein a first wager on the play of the first game and a second wager on the play of the second game are each received prior to any additional wagers being received on any additional plays of any games. 15. The method of claim 9, wherein at least one of any received wager, any first game award and any second game award is at least one selected from the group of: a quantity of monetary credits, a quantity of non-monetary credits, and a quantity of player tracking points. 16. The method of claim 9, which is provided through a data network. 17. The method of claim 16, wherein the data network is an internet. 18. A gaming system comprising: a processor; anda memory device which stores a plurality of instructions, which when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: for a play of a first game: determine a plurality of first game symbols,cause a display device of a mobile device to display the determined plurality of first game symbols,determine, based at least in part on at least one of the displayed plurality of first game symbols, any first game award, andcause the display device of the mobile device to display any determined first game award, andfor a play of a second game which occurs at least partially simultaneously with the play of the first game: determine a plurality of second game symbols,cause the display device of the mobile device to display the determined plurality of second game symbols,responsive to the displayed plurality of first game symbols including a designated symbol: determine, based at least in part on a first evaluation of at least one of the displayed plurality of second game symbols, any second game award, andcause the display device of the mobile device to display any determined second game award, andresponsive to the displayed plurality of first game symbols not including the designated symbol: determine, based at least in part on a second, different evaluation of the at least one of the displayed plurality of second game symbols, any second game award, andcause the display device of the mobile device to display any determined second game award. 19.
