1. A personal care article, comprising: a) a compliant personal care product comprising two or more compliant personal care compositions, wherein each of the two or more compliant personal care compositions defines one or more zones, and wherein each compliant personal care composition physically contacts at least one of the other compliant personal care compositions; andb) a first water penetrable substrate adjacent to the compliant personal care product; wherein the compliant personal care product is greater than about 3,500 wt. %, by weight of a total substrate and the personal care product has a compliance value of about 1.5 kg/mm or less. 2. The personal care article of claim 1, wherein each compliant personal care composition is configured to be released at the respective one or more zones. 3. The personal care article of claim 1, wherein the two or more zones are arranged in an alternating configuration, such that no zones containing the same compliant personal care composition are contiguous. 4. The personal care article of claim 1, wherein the compliant personal care product includes a first compliant personal care composition and a second compliant personal care composition. 5. The personal care article of claim 4, wherein the first compliant personal care composition defines a first zone and the second compliant personal care composition defines a second zone. 6. The personal care article of claim 4, wherein the personal care article comprises a top side and a bottom side, wherein the first zone can be located at one of either the top side or the bottom side and the second zone can be located at the remaining side. 7. The personal care article of claim 4, wherein the personal care article comprises a right side and a left side, wherein the first zone can be located at one of either the right side or the left side and the second zone can be located at the remaining side. 8. The personal care article of claim 1, wherein the first water penetrable substrate at least partially surrounds the compliant personal care product. 9. The personal care article of claim 1, further comprising a second water penetrable substrate adjacent to and in contact with the first water penetrable substrate. 10. The personal care article of claim 9, wherein the second water penetrable substrate at least partially surrounds the first water penetrable substrate. 11. The personal care article of claim 1 has a consumption rate of about 1.5 g/use to about 15 g/use. 12. The personal care article of claim 1, wherein the first water penetrable substrate has a water flux rate of about 20 cm3/(cm2*s) or more. 13. The personal care article of claim 6, wherein the first water penetrable substrate is adjacent to the top side of the compliant personal care product, a second water penetrable substrate is adjacent to the bottom side of the personal care product, a first water insoluble substrate is adjacent to the first water penetrable substrate, and a second water insoluble substrate is adjacent to the second water penetrable substrate. 14. The personal care article of claim 1, wherein the compliant personal care product is greater than about 4,000 wt. %, by weight of the total substrate. 15. %, by weight of a total substrate, and wherein the article has a consumption rate of about 1.5 g/use to about 15 g/use. 16. The personal care article of claim 15, wherein the compliant personal care product has a compliance value of from about 0.01 kg/mm to about 1.50 kg/mm. 17. The personal care article of claim 15, wherein each compliant personal care composition is configured to be released at the respective one or more zones. 18. The personal care article of claim 15, wherein the two or more zones are arranged in an alternating configuration, such that no zones containing the same compliant personal care composition are contiguous. 19. The personal care article of claim 15, wherein the compliant personal care product includes a first compliant personal care composition and a second compliant personal care composition. 20. The personal care article of claim 19, wherein the first compliant personal care composition defines a first zone and the second compliant personal care composition defines a second zone. 21. The personal care article of claim 19, wherein the personal care article comprises a top side and a bottom side, wherein the first zone can be located at one of either the top side or the bottom side and the second zone can be located at the remaining side. 22. The personal care article of claim 19, wherein the personal care article comprises a right side and a left side, wherein the first zone can be located at one of either the right side or the left side and the second zone can be located at the remaining side. 23. The personal care article of claim 15, wherein the first water penetrable substrate at least partially surrounds the compliant personal care product. 24. The personal care article of claim 15, further comprising a second water penetrable substrate adjacent to and in contact with the first water penetrable substrate. 25. The personal care article of claim 24, wherein the second water penetrable substrate at least partially surrounds the first water penetrable substrate. 26. The personal care article of claim 15, wherein the first water penetrable substrate has a water flux rate of about 20 cm3/(cm2*s) or more. 27. The personal care article of claim 21, wherein the first water penetrable substrate is adjacent to the top side of the compliant personal care product, a second water penetrable substrate is adjacent to the bottom side of the personal care product, a first water insoluble substrate is adjacent to the first water penetrable substrate, and a second water insoluble substrate is adjacent to the second water penetrable substrate. 28. The personal care article of claim 1, wherein the compliant personal care product is greater than about 4,000 wt. %, by weight of the total substrate.
