The system of claim 1 further comprising: circuitry for conditioning a regimen noncompliance determination upon at least one of a first compliance-negative indication determined from the one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of a container containing a therapeutic material has not moved or upon a second compliance-negative indication determined from sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has not been administered to the portion of the subject. 3. The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject includes: circuitry for capturing biometric sensor data indicating a health status transition apparently relating to an infection in the subject. 4. The system of claim 1, further comprising: circuitry for retaining, in at least one memory, at least one of: only a portion of the auditory data within a human vocal frequency range or only a portion of the auditory data captured in temporal proximity to at least one recognizable sound. 5. The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for obtaining one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of a container containing a therapeutic material moved includes: circuitry for obtaining one or more radio-frequency energy signals indicating that at least a portion of the container containing the therapeutic material moved. 6. The system of claim 1 in which circuitry for obtaining one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of a container containing a therapeutic material moved includes: circuitry for obtaining one or more signals including an identifier of a particular capsule containing the therapeutic material. 7. The system of claim 1, further comprising: circuitry for conditioning a regimen compliance determination upon both obtaining one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of a container moved and determining that data indicates that the therapeutic material has been administered to the portion of the subject. 12. The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject includes: circuitry for conditioning a regimen noncompliance determination upon either obtaining one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of a container moved or determining that the sensor data indicates that the therapeutic material has not been administered to the portion of the subject. 13. The system of claim 1, in which the circuitry for capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject includes: circuitry for capturing biometric sensor data including a temperature of the subject indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to the portion of the subject, the system including at least:circuitry for transmitting a message based at least partly on a determination whether the temperature exceeds a threshold. 14. The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject includes: circuitry for capturing biometric sensor data indicating a health status transition apparently relating to at least one of an infection in the subject or cardiovascular disease in the subject. 15. The system of claim 1, further comprising: circuitry for transmitting an actuation signal to at least one electro-mechanical control switch responsive to both an indication that at least a portion of a container containing a therapeutic material moved and the sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to the portion of the subject. 16. The system of claim 1, further comprising: circuitry for obtaining one or more signals indicating that the subject remains enrolled in a program requiring the therapeutic material. 17. The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject includes: circuitry for identifying a data distillation protocol to be applied to the sensor data. 18. The system of claim 1, further comprising: circuitry for transmitting an indication of a data distillation protocol having been applied to the sensor data. 19. The system of claim 1 in which the circuitry for capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject includes: circuitry for retaining, in at least one memory, at least one of: only a portion of the auditory data within a human vocal frequency range or only a portion of the auditory data captured in temporal proximity to at least one recognizable sound. 20. The system of claim 1, further comprising: circuitry for determining that the therapeutic material has been administered to the portion of the subject by applying one or more sensor measurement thresholds to the sensor data. 21. The system of claim 1, further comprising: circuitry for applying a provider-specified criterion to the sensor data. 22. The system of claim 1, wherein the circuitry for obtaining one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of a container containing a therapeutic material moved includes: circuitry for determining a timing of when at least a portion of the container moved. 23. The system of claim 1, wherein the circuitry for capturing sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to the portion of the subject: circuitry for receiving at least one wireless signal from an ingested container containing the therapeutic material via a device external to the subject. 24. The system of claim 1, further comprising: circuitry for retrieving event data relating to a physiological activity by the subject. 25. The system of claim 1, wherein the capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject includes: capturing at least one of image sensor data or video sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved. 26. The system of claim 1, wherein the capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject includes: triggering, via the at least the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, at least one sensor device to capture sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject. 27. The system of claim 1, wherein the circuitry for capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject, including at least capturing biometric sensor data indicating a bioactive material having an adverse interaction with the therapeutic material comprises: circuitry configured for capturing at least one of pupil size, pupil dilation, signs of anxiety, signs of temperature change, signs of fever, or signs of flushing. 30. A method comprising: obtaining one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of a container containing a therapeutic material moved; andcapturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject, including at least capturing biometric sensor data including a wireless signal in a first frequency range and a wireless signal in a second frequency range different than the first frequency range. 31. The method of claim 30 in which the capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject includes: capturing sensor data indicating whether a status of the subject has apparently changed relative to prior sensor data. 32. A system comprising: at least one computing device; andone or more instructions that, when implemented in the at least one computing device, program the at least one computing device for: obtaining one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of a container containing a therapeutic material moved; andcapturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject, including at least capturing biometric sensor data including a wireless signal in a first frequency range and a wireless signal in a second frequency range different than the first frequency range. 33. The system of claim 32 wherein the obtaining one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of a container containing a therapeutic material moved includes: obtaining one or more signals indicating an inhalation of a bioactive material. 34. A method comprising: obtaining one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of a container containing a therapeutic material moved; andcapturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject, including at least capturing biometric sensor data indicating a bioactive material having an adverse interaction with the therapeutic material. 35. A system comprising: circuitry for obtaining one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of a container containing a therapeutic material moved; andcircuitry for capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject, including at least capturing biometric sensor data including a wireless signal in a first frequency range and a wireless signal in a second frequency range different than the first frequency range. 36. The system of claim 35, wherein the circuitry for obtaining one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of a container containing a therapeutic material moved comprises: circuitry for detecting at least one of a movement or dissolution of at least one barrier associated with the therapeutic material. 37. The system of claim 35, wherein the circuitry for obtaining one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of a container containing a therapeutic material moved comprises: circuitry for detecting that at least one first portion of a container containing the therapeutic material has moved relative to a second portion of the container. 38. The system of claim 35, further comprising: circuitry for identifying at least one sample test associated with the at least one therapeutic material; andcircuitry for scheduling the at least one sample test based at least partly on the one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of the container containing the therapeutic material moved. 39. The system of claim 35, wherein the circuitry for capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject, including at least capturing biometric sensor data including a wireless signal in a first frequency range and a wireless signal in a second frequency range different than the first frequency range comprises: circuitry for capturing biometric sensor data including at least one wireless signal within a predetermined range of at least one threshold frequency. 40. The system of claim 35, wherein the circuitry for capturing, responsive to the one or more signals indicating that the at least a portion of the container moved, sensor data indicating whether the therapeutic material has been administered to a subject, including at least capturing biometric sensor data including a wireless signal in a first frequency range and a wireless signal in a second frequency range different than the first frequency range comprises: circuitry for determining whether at least one transmission frequency is attenuated by a particular amount. 41. The system of claim 35, further comprising: circuitry for triggering at least one directional transmitter based at least partly on the one or more signals indicating that at least a portion of the container containing the therapeutic material moved.
