The beverage dispenser of claim 2, further comprising an I/O device that communicates with the interface to receive a pouring schema for storage in the memory. 4. The beverage dispenser of claim 1, further comprising an I/O device that communicates with a user device to receive a drink order. 5. The beverage dispenser of claim 1, wherein the interface comprises a touch screen that displays a graphical user interface, the graphical user interface including a first plurality of selectable portions, wherein the first plurality of selectable portions corresponds to one or more dispensing functions, and a second plurality of selectable portions, wherein the second plurality of selectable portions corresponds to one or more management functions. 6. The beverage dispenser of claim 1, wherein the interface comprises a touch screen that displays a graphical user interface including a first plurality of selectable categories of drinks, including alcohol drinks and non-alcohol drinks. 7. The beverage dispenser of claim 1, wherein the interface comprises a touch screen configured to receive a password, a correct password being required to provide user access to access dispensing functions of the beverage dispenser. 8. The beverage dispenser of claim 7, further comprising an authorization interface, the authorization interface comprising one of a fingerprint scan device, a retinal scan device and a voice capture device. 9. The beverage dispenser of claim 1, wherein the interface comprises an I/O device. 10. The beverage dispenser of claim 1, further comprising: storage areas for storing the plurality of first liquids and the plurality of second liquids;a cooling member; and,a server connected to the interface, the server configured to modify the drink ordered queue based on user input. 11. A portable beverage dispenser for dispensing mixed beverages into a container, the portable beverage dispenser comprising: a housing for storing a plurality of first liquids and a plurality of second liquids, wherein the first liquids comprise liquors, and wherein the second liquids comprise mixers;a cooling member;an interface, electrically connected to the housing, to input variable data and receive variable instructions, the variable data input via the interface including management function data for creating user accounts;a beverage dispensing spout fluidly connected to the plurality of first liquids and the plurality of second liquids, the spout dispensing one or more of the plurality of first liquids and the plurality of second liquids into the container;a server electrically connected to the interface, the server electrically operating valves to control the flow of first liquids and second liquids to the beverage dispensing spout based on instructions entered at the interface and a pouring schema; and,a search module connected to the interface to receive search criteria entered by a user through the interface to search for a beverage based on the search criteria entered by the user, the search criteria comprising the first liquids and the second liquids, separately, wherein the results of the search based on the search criteria entered by the user are displayed on the interface,wherein the beverage dispenser is configured to simultaneously provide beverage selection data and a drink ordered queue that is populated following each selection of the beverage by the user, wherein the interface comprises a selection button configured to select an individual drink to be removed from the drink ordered queue and a clear button configured to select all of the drinks to be removed from the drink ordered queue, wherein the drink ordered queue is modifiable by the user. 12. The beverage dispenser of claim 11, wherein the server comprises a processor and a memory retaining a program to operate the beverage dispenser. 13. The beverage dispenser of claim 12, wherein the server further comprises an I/O device that communicates with the interface to receive the pouring schema for storage in the memory. 14. The beverage dispenser of claim 11, wherein the variable data input via the interface comprises data provided for a beverage request, and wherein the variable instructions comprise instructions for providing the beverage. 15. The beverage dispenser of claim 14, further comprising a plurality of pumps to pump liquid from the plurality of at least one of the first and second liquids to the dispensing spout. 16. The beverage dispenser of claim 14, wherein the interface comprises a touch screen that displays a graphical user interface, the graphical user interface including a first plurality of selectable portions, wherein the first plurality of selectable portions corresponds to one or more dispensing functions, and a second plurality of selectable portions, wherein the second plurality of selectable portions corresponds to one or more management functions. 17. The beverage dispenser of claim 14, wherein the interface comprises a touch screen that displays a graphical user interface including a first plurality of selectable categories of drinks, including alcohol drinks and non-alcohol drinks. 18. The beverage dispenser of claim 17, wherein the interface provides instructions to the user corresponding to a size of beverage container to insert under the dispensing spout. 19. The beverage dispenser of claim 18, further comprising an authorization interface, the authorization interface comprising one of a password input device, a fingerprint scan device, a retinal scan device and a voice capture device. 20. The beverage dispenser of claim 17, further comprising an I/O device that communicates with a user device to receive a drink order. 21.
