The vehicle includes wireless communication circuitry for providing connection to the Internet and to one or more wireless devices when paired with the vehicle. An occupancy sensor of the vehicle is configured to interface with the one or more computers of the vehicle to identify occupancy of seats of the vehicle. A processor of the one or more computers of the vehicle is configured to execute instructions to receive data from a wireless device that is paired with the vehicle. The data is used to identify a seat in the vehicle that is associated with a passenger. The processor executes instructions to provide data to a user interface accessed by the wireless device to expose a plurality of systems of the vehicle. The plurality of systems include systems that relate to an environment zone in which the seat is located in the vehicle. The user interface further includes controls to enable input of settings to one or more of the plurality of vehicle systems to make changes to the one or more of the plurality of vehicle systems. The changes made relate to one or more of the plurality of systems that relate to the environment zone of the seat.

The vehicle of claim 1, wherein the processor executes instructions to identify the plurality of systems that relate to the environment zone of the seat and filters out at least some of the systems of the vehicle that do not relate to the environment zone. 3. The vehicle of claim 1, wherein the processor of the one or more computers of the vehicle is configured to process instructions to communicate with an application executing on the wireless device, the application provides access to the user interface, the user interface is rendered on one or more pages associated with the application, wherein one of the pages provides options to select the seat or another seat for associating with the wireless device to the environment zone. 4. The vehicle of claim 1, further comprising, one or more sensors in the vehicle for identifying a location of the wireless device in relation to the seat, the user interface providing an option to select the seat or another seat for associating with the wireless device. 5. The vehicle of claim 1, wherein one or more vehicle applications are executed by the processor of the one or more computers of the vehicle to interface with electronics of the vehicle to access status data for systems of the vehicle, to make input settings to one or more of the systems, and to provide data to the user interface that exposes the plurality of systems of the vehicle and that relate to the environment zone in which the seat is located in the vehicle. 6. The vehicle of claim 5, wherein the exposed plurality of systems that relate to the environment zone in which the seat is located in the vehicle filter out vehicle systems that relate to other environment zones of other seats located in the vehicle. 7. The vehicle of claim 5, wherein an application executed on the wireless device provides access to one or more pages that enable the input of settings to one or more of the plurality of systems, wherein the user interface is accessed via the one or more pages of the application. 8. The vehicle of claim 1, wherein the wireless communication circuitry provides web server, the web server is configured to enable a browser of the wireless device to render the user interface in a form of one or more web pages that provide the controls for enabling access of setting inputs to one or more of the plurality of systems. 9. The vehicle of claim 1, wherein the environment zone in which the seat is located in the vehicle includes systems for controlling positions of the seat, or systems for controlling air and heat from vents proximate to the seat, or systems for controlling lighting proximate to the seat, or systems for controlling volume of speakers proximate to the seat, or systems for controlling video to be displayed proximate to the seat, or systems for controlling heat of the seat, or systems for controlling window operation proximate to the seat, or systems for controlling digital glare of a window proximate to the seat, or systems for controlling a select set of global setting of the vehicle beyond the environment zone, or systems for controlling applications of the vehicle, or systems for sharing applications of the vehicle to the wireless device. 10. The vehicle of claim 1, wherein the plurality of systems further include systems that enable access to applications of the vehicle on the wireless device, wherein the applications of the vehicle are rendered on a vehicle computer and content of the applications is displayed on the wireless device or on the wireless device and one or more displays of the vehicle, or the wireless device and one or more wireless devices that are accessing the vehicle computer for other passengers. 11. The vehicle of claim 1, further comprising, logic for handling pairing with the vehicle by wireless devices, wherein pairing includes exchange of credential information, the credential information identifying a user account for the access via the wireless device, wherein the credential information includes one of a user name, or a password, or biometric data of the passenger, or a pin, or code, or a name, or a word, or combinations of two or more thereof;the user interface provided upon pairing for the user account includes one or more user preferences regarding one or more of the plurality of systems of the vehicle. 12. The vehicle of claim 11, wherein the user account is registered with cloud services that include servers and storage accessible over the Internet, the cloud services are configured to store setting inputs from time to time from the vehicle or the wireless device, the inputs usable to recall previous settings for use and usable to identify patterns of setting inputs made, wherein the patterns are used to predict one or more future settings and to generate recommendations of settings for the user account. 13. The vehicle of claim 1, further including logic for enabling pairing in a guest mode, the guest mode provides limits to settings of the plurality of systems of the vehicle. 14. The vehicle of claim 1, further including logic for reverting settings back to a standard state after the wireless device of the passenger is no longer associated with the seat of the vehicle, and wherein the user interface enables selection of a new seat in the vehicle, the selection of the new seat for the passenger associates a new environment zone for a location of the new seat, and the user interface updates the controls for enabling setting inputs to one or more of the plurality of systems associated with the new environment zone for the new seat. 15. The vehicle of claim 1, wherein the controls of the user interface further enable setting inputs to applications of the vehicle that are shared to the wireless device, display of content for the applications being rendered on the wireless device and for particular actions also rendering content of the applications on one or more displays of the vehicle; wherein access to certain of the applications of the vehicle and features of the applications of the vehicle being limited by privileges as set an administrator of the vehicle, the setting of the privileges being by way of interfaces on of the vehicle, interfaces on devices that have access to cloud services, wherein cloud services include a user account for the administrator and the user account of the administrator including one or more of an identification of the vehicle and the settings and privileges managed by the administrator, or prior settings made by the wireless device, or a history of settings made by a plurality of wireless devices over time, or combinations thereof. 16. The vehicle of claim 1, further comprising, logic for obtaining data from sensors of the vehicle; andlogic for providing information regarding the data to the user interface that is to be displayed on the wireless device;wherein the sensor data includes information associated with one of speed of the vehicle, or location of the vehicle, or temperature of the vehicle, or health of engine or operations of the vehicle, or metrics of use of the vehicle, or seat sensor data identifying presence of occupancy, or sensors for locating wireless devices within the vehicle, or sensors for detecting position of the passenger within the vehicle, or sensors for triggering image capture or video capture in or around the vehicle, or combinations of two or more thereof. 17. The vehicle of claim 1, wherein the access to the systems is a restricted access to a granular set of systems, including one or more of seat controls, climate controls, audio controls, heating and cooling controls, window glare control, window controls, and controls to select applications of the vehicle, wherein the granular set of systems are limited to systems in a sphere of influence of the passenger, depending on provided privileges of the passenger. 18. The vehicle of claim 1, wherein additional sensors of the vehicle include one of a weight sensor, a heat sensor, a motion sensor, a sound sensor, an inertial sensor, a compression sensor, a camera sensor, a proximity sensor, or combinations of two or more thereof. 19. The vehicle of claim 1, further comprising, logic for accessing a history of settings for a user account associated with the wireless device that is paired with the vehicle, the history of settings include one or more of when a control setting was made, a time of day when the control setting was made, a day of a week of when the control setting was made, a weather condition of when the control setting was made, an identification of wireless devices paired with the vehicle when the control setting was made, an identification of applications running when the control setting was made, a geo-location of when the control setting was made, a vehicle condition of when the control setting was made, or a combination of two or more thereof;wherein the history of setting is usable to predict or recommend control settings. 20. A vehicle, comprising, one or more computers of the vehicle, the one or more computers configured to interface with electronics of the vehicle to access status data for systems of the vehicle and to make input settings to one or more of the systems;wireless communication circuitry of the vehicle, the wireless communication circuitry providing connection to the Internet and to one or more wireless devices when connected with the vehicle;an occupancy sensor of the vehicle configured to interface with the one or more computers of the vehicle, the occupancy sensor produces sensor data that is used to determine occupancy of seats of the vehicle; anda processor of the one or more computers of the vehicle is provided to receive and process data to and from a wireless device that is connected with the vehicle, the data is used to identify a seat in the vehicle that is associated with a passenger, the processor executes instructions to provide data to a user interface accessed by the wireless device, the user interface exposing a plurality of systems of the vehicle, the plurality of systems include systems that relate to an environment zone in which the seat is located in the vehicle, the user interface further includes controls to enable input of settings to one or more of the plurality of systems, the processor of the one or more computers of the vehicle executes instructions to process one or more settings input via the user interface to make changes to the one or more of the plurality of systems, wherein the changes made relate to one or more of the plurality of systems that relate to the environment zone of the seat;wherein data received from the wireless device is further usable to identify a location of the wireless device, by identifying a distance of the wireless device to one or more sensors of the vehicle, or identifying a time of flight of a wireless signal of the wireless device to one or more sensors of the vehicle, or triangulating the wireless signal of the wireless device to a plurality sensors of the vehicle, or processing a strength of the wireless signal as measured by one or more of sensors of the vehicle. 21. The vehicle of claim 20, further comprising, logic for handling connections with the vehicle from wireless devices, wherein connections include exchange of credential information, the credential information identifying a user account for the access via the wireless device, wherein the credential information includes one of a user name, or a password, or biometric data of the passenger or driver, or a pin, or code, or a name, or a word, or combinations of two or more thereof;the user interface provided upon connection for the user account includes one or more user preferences regarding one or more of the plurality of systems of the vehicle. 22. The vehicle of claim 21, wherein the user account is registered with cloud services that include servers and storage accessible over the Internet, the cloud services are configured to store setting inputs from the vehicle or the wireless device, the inputs usable to identify patterns of inputs made, wherein the patterns are used to learn and predict one or more settings or to generate recommendations of inputs or settings for a user of the user account. 23. A vehicle, comprising, one or more computers of the vehicle, the one or more computers configured to interface with electronics of the vehicle to access status data for systems of the vehicle and to make input settings to one or more of the systems;wireless communication circuitry of the vehicle, the wireless communication circuitry providing connection to the Internet and to one or more wireless devices when connected with the vehicle;an occupancy sensor of the vehicle configured to interface with the one or more computers of the vehicle, the occupancy sensor is configured to produce sensor data that is used to determine occupancy of seats of the vehicle; anda processor of the one or more computers of the vehicle is provided to receive and process data to and from a wireless device that is connected with the vehicle, the data is used to identify a seat in the vehicle that is associated with a passenger, the processor executes instructions to provide data to a user interface accessed by the wireless device, the user interface exposing a plurality of systems of the vehicle, the plurality of systems include systems that relate to an environment zone in which the seat is located in the vehicle, the user interface further includes controls to enable input of settings to one or more of the plurality of systems, the processor of the one or more computers of the vehicle executes instructions to process one or more settings input via the user interface to make changes to the one or more of the plurality of systems, wherein the changes made relate to one or more of the plurality of systems that relate to the environment zone of the seat;the processor is configured to revert settings back to a standard state after the wireless device of the passenger is no longer associated with the seat of the vehicle,wherein the user interface enables selection of a different seat in the vehicle, the selection of the different seat for the passenger associates a new environment zone for a location of the different seat, and the user interface provides the controls for enabling setting inputs to one or more of the plurality of systems associated with the new environment zone for the different seat of the vehicle. 24. The vehicle of claim 23, wherein data received from the wireless device is further usable to identify a location of the wireless device, by identifying a distance of the wireless device to one or more sensors of the vehicle, or identifying a time of flight of a wireless signal of the wireless device to one or more sensors of the vehicle, or triangulating the wireless signal of the wireless device to a plurality sensors of the vehicle, or processing a strength of the wireless signal as measured by one or more of sensors of the vehicle.
