A recombinant nucleic acid comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding an antibody light chain or an antibody heavy chain, wherein the antibody light chain comprises:(a) the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-97 of SEQ ID NO:79 or the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-97 of SEQ ID NO:79 with variants such that it is at least 95% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-97 of SEQ ID NO:79, or(b) the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-96 of SEQ ID NO:81 or the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-96 of SEQ ID NO: 81 with variants such that it is at least 98% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-96 of SEQ ID NO:81; andwherein the antibody heavy chain comprises:(c) the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-115 of SEQ ID NO:78 or the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-115 of SEQ ID NO:78 with variants such that it is at least 95% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-115 of SEQ ID NO:78, or(d) the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-112 of SEQ ID NO:80 or the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-112 of SEQ ID NO:80 with variants such that it is at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-112 of SEQ ID NO:80. 2. An expression vector comprising the nucleic acid of claim 1. 3. The expression vector of claim 2, further comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding a leader sequence. 4. An isolated host cell comprising the expression vector of claim 2. 5. The isolated host cell of claim 4, wherein the host cell is a plant cell. 6. A plant comprising the plant cell of claim 5. 7. The plant of claim 6, wherein the plant is from a genus selected from the group consisting of Brassica, Nicotiana, Petunia, Lycopersicon, Solanum, Capsium, Daucus, Apium, Lactuca, Sinapis, or Arabidopsis. 8. The plant of claim 6, wherein the plant is from a species selected from the group consisting of Nicotiana benthamiana, Brassica carinata, Brassica juncea, Brassica napus, Brassica nigra, Brassica oleraceae, Brassica tournifortii, Sinapis alba, and Raphanus sativus. 9. The plant of claim 6, wherein the plant is selected from the group consisting of alfalfa, radish, mustard, mung bean, broccoli, watercress, soybean, wheat, sunflower, cabbage, clover, petunia, tomato, potato, tobacco, spinach, and lentil. 10. The plant of claim 6, wherein the plant is a sprouted seedling. 11. The recombinant nucleic acid of claim 1, said recombinant nucleic acid comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding an antibody light chain or an antibody heavy chain, wherein the antibody light chain comprises: (a) the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-97 of SEQ ID NO:79, or(b) the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-96 of SEQ ID NO:81; and wherein the antibody heavy chain comprises: (c) the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-115 of SEQ ID NO:78, or(d) the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-112 of SEQ ID NO:80. 12. The recombinant nucleic acid of claim 1, said recombinant nucleic acid comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding an antibody light chain or an antibody heavy chain, wherein the antibody light chain comprises: (a) the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-97 of SEQ ID NO:79 with variants such that it is at least 98% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-97 of SEQ ID NO:79, or(b) the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-96 of SEQ ID NO: 81 with variants such that it is at least 98% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-96 of SEQ ID NO:81; andwherein the antibody heavy chain comprises:(c) the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-115 of SEQ ID NO:78 with variants such that it is at least 98% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-115 of SEQ ID NO:78, or(d) the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-112 of SEQ ID NO:80 with variants such that it is at least 98% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-112 of SEQ ID NO:80. 13. The recombinant nucleic acid of claim 1, said recombinant nucleic acid comprising a nucleotide sequence encoding an antibody light chain or an antibody heavy chain, wherein the antibody light chain comprises: (a) the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-97 of SEQ ID NO:79 with variants such that it is at least 99% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-97 of SEQ ID NO:79, or(b) the light chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-96 of SEQ ID NO: 81 with variants such that it is at least 99% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-96 of SEQ ID NO:81; andwherein the antibody heavy chain comprises:(c) the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-115 of SEQ ID NO:78 with variants such that it is at least 99% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-115 of SEQ ID NO:78, or(d) the heavy chain variable region amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-112 of SEQ ID NO:80 with variants such that it is at least 99% identical to the amino acid sequence set forth in amino acids 1-112 of SEQ ID NO:80.
