The present invention provides a system to regulate fluid flow having a light switch that controls a light, wherein the light switch is in electrical communication with a wireless transmitter; and at least one valve interposed on at least one fluid supply line wherein said at least one valve is normally closed, cutting off the flow of fluid in the at least one fluid supply line, wherein the at least one valve is in electrical communication with a wireless receiver such that when the light switch is activated the wireless transmitter signals the wireless receiver to open the valve, allowing flow of fluid in the fluid supply line. The present invention also provides another system using a photocell switch to actuate the valve.

The system of claim 5, wherein the at least one indicator light glows a first color when the valve is closed and glows a second color when the valve is open. 7. The system of claim 1, wherein the wireless transmitter and wireless receiver operate using a wireless signal selected from the group comprising infrared, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11) signals. 8. The system of claim 1, wherein the light switch is controlled by a timer, such that the light will remain on for a time period set on the timer. 9. A system to regulate fluid flow, said system consisting of: a light switch in a room wherein said room also contains a single controlled water fixture wherein said light switch controls a light in said room, wherein the light switch is in electrical communication with a wireless transmitter in said room; andat least one valve interposed on at least one fluid supply line in said room connecting a fluid supply to the single controlled water fixture in said room wherein said at least one valve is normally closed, cutting off the flow of fluid in the at least one fluid supply line, wherein the at least one valve is in electrical communication with a wireless receiver such that when the light switch is activated the wireless transmitter signals the wireless receiver to open the valve, allowing flow of fluid in the fluid supply line and provide said fluid to the single controlled water fixture in said room, wherein said light switch comprises a motion activated sensor wherein said valve is in further electrical communication with a timer, such that the solenoid valve is closed after a preprogrammed amount of time and at least one power source in electrical communication with said sensor and said valve. 10. The system of claim 9, wherein the solenoid valve is open for a first preprogrammed amount of time and the solenoid valve is closed for a second preprogrammed amount of time. 11. The system of claim 10, wherein the first and second preprogrammed amounts of time are different. 12. A system to regulate fluid flow, said system consisting of: a light switch in a room wherein said room also contains a single controlled water fixture wherein said light switch controls a light in said room, wherein the light switch is in electrical communication with a wireless transmitter in said room; andat least one valve interposed on at least one fluid supply line in said room connecting a fluid supply to the single controlled water fixture in said room wherein said at least one valve is normally closed, cutting off the flow of fluid in the at least one fluid supply line, wherein the at least one valve is in electrical communication with a wireless receiver such that when the light switch is activated the wireless transmitter signals the wireless receiver to open the valve, allowing flow of fluid in the fluid supply line and provide said fluid to the single controlled water fixture in said room, wherein said light switch comprises a motion activated sensor, wherein the combination of the solenoid valve and the wireless receiver is in further electrical communication with at least one indicator light and at least one power source in electrical communication with said sensor and said valve.
