The refrigerator casing of claim 1, wherein the joint member further comprises a plurality of bosses, each of the plurality of bosses extending generally along the transverse direction. 8. The refrigerator casing of claim 1, further comprising a machinery compartment cover plate connected to the casing bottom and the joint member. 9. The refrigerator casing of claim 1, wherein the joint member further comprises a plurality of hooks. 10. The refrigerator casing of claim 9, wherein each of the plurality of hooks extends from a top surface of the joint member. 11.
