A basket assembly coupling assembly for a hose reel, said hose reel including a housing assembly and a basket assembly, said housing assembly including a unitary housing component with a unitary sidewall defining an enclosed space with a perimeter, said unitary sidewall having a plurality of substantially planar members, said planar members further being disposed in generally vertical upwardly tapered planes, two opposing of said planar members having a basket assembly mounting opening therein, said basket assembly including an elongated barrel, a shroud member, and a bushing, said barrel having an axis of rotation and an axle assembly, said axle assembly having two substantially cylindrical axle members, one axle member extending from each axial end of said barrel, said shroud member having a body with a generally planar outer portion and an inner extension, said outer portion having an outer face and an inner side, said inner extension extending from said outer portion inner side, said inner extension defining an axle support, said bushing having a hollow, cylindrical body with an outer axial end and an inner axial end, said bushing disposed about, and spaced from, said shroud inner extension thereby defining a partially enclosed space, one said axle assembly axle member disposed in said partially enclosed space and rotatably coupled to said bushing, said basket assembly coupling assembly comprising: at least one shroud first coupling component extending inwardly from said shroud body, said shroud first coupling component having a stem and a head;a bushing first coupling component having a flange and a latching member;a housing assembly second coupling component being a plurality of openings in said unitary body having an intermediate web therebetween, said openings including at least a central opening and at least one shroud coupling opening;wherein, when said at least one shroud first coupling component is disposed in said at least one shroud coupling opening, said shroud first coupling component head supports said intermediate web; andwherein, when said bushing first coupling component is disposed in said central opening, said bushing first coupling component flange supports said intermediate web. 2. The basket assembly coupling assembly of claim 1 wherein said intermediate web has a thickness of between about 0.08 inch and 0.15 inch. 3. The basket assembly coupling assembly of claim 2 wherein said intermediate web has a thickness of about 0.1 inch. 4. The basket assembly coupling assembly of claim 1 wherein: said intermediate web has a length of between about 0.75 inch and 1.0 inch; andthe radial distance between each said shroud first coupling component head and said bushing first coupling component flange is between about 0.1875 inch and 0.25 inch. 5. The basket assembly coupling assembly of claim 4 wherein: said intermediate web has a radial width of about 0.25 inch; andthe radial distance between each said shroud first coupling component head and said bushing first coupling component flange is about 0.2 inch. 6. The basket assembly coupling assembly of claim 1 wherein said shroud first coupling component head and said bushing first coupling component flange are disposed on opposite sides of said intermediate web. 7. The basket assembly coupling assembly of claim 1 wherein said unitary sidewall is tapered from bottom to top, said unitary sidewall having a mounting surface on said unitary sidewall, said mounting surface being a substantially vertical planar member, said mounting surface planar member being thicker at the top than at the bottom; and wherein said housing assembly second coupling component plurality of openings and said intermediate web are disposed on said mounting surface planar member. 8. The basket assembly coupling assembly of claim 7 wherein: said housing assembly second coupling component central opening being generally circular and having a center;said at least one shroud first coupling component includes a plurality of shroud first coupling components, said plurality of shroud first coupling components disposed in a symmetrical pattern about said housing assembly second coupling component central opening center; andsaid housing assembly second coupling component least one shroud coupling opening being a plurality of openings disposed in a symmetrical pattern corresponding to the symmetrical pattern of said plurality of shroud first coupling components. 9. The basket assembly coupling assembly of claim 1 wherein said shroud extension is angled relative to the plane of said shroud body outer portion, said shroud extension angled so that, when said shroud body is coupled to said tapered unitary body, said shroud extension extends about a substantially horizontal axis, and wherein: said housing assembly second coupling component central opening being generally circular and having a center;said at least one shroud first coupling component includes a plurality of shroud first coupling components, said a plurality of shroud first coupling components disposed in an asymmetrical pattern about said housing assembly second coupling component central opening center;said housing assembly second coupling component least one shroud coupling opening being a plurality of openings disposed in an asymmetrical pattern corresponding to the asymmetrical pattern of said plurality of shroud first coupling components; andwherein said shroud first coupling component stems have different lengths, said shroud first coupling component stems at higher elevations having shorter stems than said shroud first coupling component stems at lower elevations and wherein said shroud first coupling component stems are sized so that said plurality of shroud first coupling component heads are disposed immediately adjacent said intermediate web when said shroud is coupled to said unitary sidewall. 10. A hose reel comprising: a housing assembly and a basket assembly;said housing assembly including a unitary housing component with a unitary sidewall defining an enclosed space with a perimeter, said unitary sidewall having a plurality of substantially planar members, said planar members further being disposed in generally vertical upwardly tapered planes, two opposing of said planar members having a basket assembly mounting opening therein;said basket assembly including an elongated barrel, a shroud member, a bushing, and at least one basket assembly coupling assembly;said barrel having an axis of rotation and an axle assembly, said axle assembly having two substantially cylindrical axle members, one axle member extending from each axial end of said barrel;said shroud member having a body with a generally planar outer portion and an inner extension, said outer portion having an outer face and an inner side, said inner extension extending from said outer portion inner side, said inner extension defining an axle support;said bushing having a hollow, cylindrical body with an outer axial end and an inner axial end;said bushing disposed about, and spaced from, said shroud inner extension thereby defining a partially enclosed space, one said axle assembly axle member disposed in said partially enclosed space and rotatably coupled to said bushing;said basket assembly coupling assembly including at least one shroud first coupling component, a bushing first coupling component, and a housing assembly second coupling component;said at least one shroud first coupling component extending inwardly from said shroud body, said shroud first coupling component having a stem and a head;said bushing first coupling component having a flange and a latching member;said housing assembly second coupling component being a plurality of openings in said unitary body having an intermediate web therebetween, said openings including at least a central opening and at least one shroud coupling opening;wherein, when said at least one shroud first coupling component is disposed in said at least one shroud coupling opening, said shroud first coupling component head supports said intermediate web; andwherein, when said bushing first coupling component is disposed in said central opening, said bushing first coupling component flange supports said intermediate web. 11. The hose reel of claim 10 wherein said intermediate web has a thickness of between about 0.08 inch and 0.15 inch. 12. The hose reel of claim 11 wherein said intermediate web has a thickness of about 0.1 inch. 13. The hose reel of claim 10 wherein: said intermediate web has a length of between about 0.75 inch and 1.0 inch; andthe radial distance between each said shroud first coupling component head and said bushing first coupling component flange is between about 0.1875 inch and 0.25 inch. 14. The hose reel of claim 13 wherein: said intermediate web has a radial width of about 0.25 inch; andthe radial distance between each said shroud first coupling component head and said bushing first coupling component flange is about 0.2 inch. 15. The hose reel of claim 10 wherein said shroud first coupling component head and said bushing first coupling component flange are disposed on opposite sides of said intermediate web. 16. The hose reel of claim 10 wherein said unitary sidewall is tapered from bottom to top, said unitary sidewall having a mounting surface on said sidewall, said mounting surface being a substantially vertical planar member, said mounting surface planar member being thicker at the top than at the bottom; and wherein said housing assembly second coupling component plurality of openings and said intermediate web are disposed on said mounting surface planar member. 17. The hose reel of claim 16 wherein: said housing assembly second coupling component central opening being generally circular and having a center;said at least one shroud first coupling component includes a plurality of shroud first coupling components, said a plurality of shroud first coupling components disposed in a symmetrical pattern about said housing assembly second coupling component central opening center; andsaid housing assembly second coupling component least one shroud coupling opening being a plurality of openings disposed in a symmetrical pattern corresponding to the symmetrical pattern of said plurality of shroud first coupling components. 18. The hose reel of claim 10 wherein said shroud extension is angled relative to the plane of said shroud body outer portion, said shroud extension angled so that, when said shroud body is coupled to said tapered unitary body, said shroud extension extends about a substantially horizontal axis; and wherein said housing assembly second coupling component central opening being generally circular and having a center;said at least one shroud first coupling component includes a plurality of shroud first coupling components, said a plurality of shroud first coupling components disposed in an asymmetrical pattern about said housing assembly second coupling component central opening center;said housing assembly second coupling component least one shroud coupling opening being a plurality of openings disposed in an asymmetrical pattern corresponding to the asymmetrical pattern of said plurality of shroud first coupling components; andwherein said shroud first coupling component stems have different lengths, said shroud first coupling component stems at higher elevations having shorter stems than said shroud first coupling component stems at lower elevations and wherein said shroud first coupling component stems are sized so that said plurality of shroud first coupling component heads are disposed immediately adjacent said intermediate web when said shroud is coupled to said unitary sidewall.
