The device of claim 1, wherein the multi-state control is sequentially manipulatable from a non-activated state to the first activated state and then to the second activated state, and wherein when the multi-state control is in the second activated state, the irrigation pressure and the aspiration pressure are simultaneously activated by the fluid control system. 5. The device of claim 1, wherein the multi-state control comprises a press-button, and wherein the press-button position controls the state of the multi-state control. 6. The device of claim 1, wherein the head is rotatable with respect to the body. 7. The device of claim 1, wherein at least a length of the head irrigation channel is nonparallel with at least a length of the head aspiration channel. 8. The device of claim 1, wherein the head irrigation channel has a first axis, wherein the head aspiration channel has a second axis, and wherein an extension of the first axis distal to a terminus of the head irrigation channel intersects an extension of the second axis distal to a terminus of the head aspiration channel. 9.
