The method of claim 1, further comprising passing the aspiration force through the interface region. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the user input to the aspiration function comprises a depressing of a button. 4. The method of claim 3, wherein the user input to the irrigation function comprises a depressing of the button. 5. The method of claim 1, further comprising retaining aspirated fluid in the aspiration reservoir and allowing gas to pass out of the aspiration reservoir. 6. The method of claim 1, further comprising simultaneously expelling irrigation fluid from the irrigation reservoir and into the orifice and drawing fluid from the nostril and into the aspiration reservoir. 7. The method of claim 1, wherein the hand-held device comprises a head and a base, and the interface region comprises a seal between the head and the base, the seal adapted to allow the irrigation force exerted by the base to be transferred to the head, and the seal allowing the aspiration pressure from the base to draw gas through an aspiration channel and into the base. 8. The method of claim 1, wherein the hand-held device comprises a head and a base, and the interface region comprises a seal between the head and the base, the seal adapted to allow the irrigation force exerted by the base to be transferred to the head, and the interface region allowing the aspiration pressure from the base to draw gas through an aspiration channel and into the aspiration reservoir. 9. The method of claim 1, further comprising holding the device in the user's hand. 10. The method of claim 1, wherein the hand-held device comprises a housing, and wherein the irrigation function and the aspiration function occur at least partially in the housing. 11. The method of claim 9, wherein the housing is sized and configured to be held in the user's hand. 12. The method of claim 9, wherein the housing comprises a head and a base, and the interface region comprises a seal between the head and the base, the seal adapted to allow the irrigation force exerted on the base to be transferred to the head, and wherein the seal is adapted to allow the aspiration pressure from the base to draw gas out of the aspiration reservoir and into the base. 13. The method of claim 1, wherein the irrigation force acts directly upon the irrigation reservoir. 14. The method of claim 1, wherein the irrigation force acts indirectly upon the irrigation reservoir. 15. The method of claim 1, wherein the aspirated fluid comprises mucus. 16. The method of claim 1, wherein the hand-held device comprises a housing, and wherein the irrigation reservoir and the aspiration reservoir are within the housing. 17. The method of claim 16, further comprising removing and replacing at least one of the irrigation reservoir and the aspiration reservoir from the housing. 18. A method for irrigating and/or aspirating a nostril, the method comprising: initiating an irrigation force with a handheld device, the handheld device comprising user controls, an irrigation reservoir containing an irrigation fluid, and an aspiration reservoir, and wherein the handheld device is capable of an irrigation function and an aspiration function, wherein the irrigation function comprises delivering the irrigation force, wherein the aspiration function comprises delivering an aspiration pressure, the user controls providing a control function for at least one of the irrigation function and the aspiration function, andthe irrigation function being operational simultaneously with the aspiration function, and the aspiration function being selectively operational at least with no interaction with the irrigation function and/or simultaneously with the irrigation function;initiating the aspiration function by delivering user input to the user controls, wherein the initiating of the aspiration function delivers an aspiration pressure drawing liquid from the nostril and into the aspiration reservoir, initiating the aspiration function simultaneously with the irrigation function, wherein the irrigation function comprises expelling irrigation fluid from the irrigation reservoir and into the nostril, capturing aspirated fluid in the aspiration reservoir while allowing gas to pass out of the aspiration reservoir, passing the irrigation force and aspiration force through an interface region. 19. The method of claim 18, wherein the hand-held device comprises a head and a base, and wherein the interface region comprises a seal between the head and the base, the seal adapted to allow the irrigation force exerted by the base to be transferred to the head, and wherein the interface region is sealed so as to allow the aspiration pressure from the base to draw gas through an aspiration channel and to the aspiration reservoir. 20. A method for irrigating and/or aspirating a nostril, the method comprising: providing a hand-held device comprisingan irrigation function, an aspiration function, and user controls, the irrigation function comprising an irrigation force and an irrigation reservoir, the irrigation reservoir containing an irrigation fluid, the aspiration function comprising an aspiration pressure and an aspiration reservoir, the aspiration reservoir adapted to capture aspirated fluid, the aspiration reservoir adapted to retain aspirated fluid in the aspiration reservoir and allow gas to pass out of the aspiration reservoir, the user controls adapted to provide a control function for at least one of the irrigation function and the aspiration function, and the irrigation function being operational simultaneously with the aspiration function, and the aspiration function being selectively operational at least with no interaction with the irrigation function and/or simultaneously with one another, initiating the irrigation force by user input to the irrigation function, the irrigation force acting upon the irrigation reservoir, initiating the aspiration pressure by user input to the aspiration function, and drawing liquid from the nostril and into the aspiration reservoir, and expelling irrigation fluid from the irrigation reservoir and into the nostril, andpassing the aspiration force through an interface region.
