The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said applicator component is an absorbent sponge or pad. 6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein said applicator component has a shape selected from the group consisting of round, oval, square, triangular, and tear-drop. 7. A method of applying a fluid to a subject, comprising: a) providing the apparatus of claim 1 having fluid within said fluid housing onto a surface of a subject; andb) causing insertion of said opener element into said fluid housing operable door thereby evacuating said fluid within said fluid housing into the interior of said main body and through said applicator onto said surface of said subject. 8. The method of claim 7, wherein said surface of said subject is skin. 9. The method of claim 7, wherein said subject is a human animal. 10. The method of claim 7, wherein said subject is a non-human animal. 11.
