The intervertebral implant frame of claim 1, wherein the fifth width of the first and second arms is measured at the second position. 3. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 1, wherein the support member includes a retention member that extends from the inner surface in the longitudinal direction, the retention member positioned between the first arm and the second arm with respect to the lateral direction. 4. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 3, wherein the retention member is a spike that is configured to retain the spacer body when the spacer body is being supported by the intervertebral implant frame. 5. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 3, wherein the retention member is positioned between two of the at least two fixation element receiving apertures with respect to the lateral direction. 6. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 1, wherein the support member includes an upper surface and a lower surface, the upper surface spaced from the lower surface in a transverse direction that is perpendicular to both the longitudinal and lateral directions, the upper surface including a first portion that is parallel to the lateral direction, the lower surface including a second portion that is convex, and both the first portion and the second portion are aligned with respect to the transverse direction. 7. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 6, wherein the at least two fixation element receiving apertures include a first aperture, a second aperture, a third aperture, and a fourth aperture. 8. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 7, wherein both the second aperture and the third aperture are positioned between the first aperture and the fourth aperture with respect to the lateral direction, both the first aperture and the fourth aperture are angled in the transverse direction, and both the second aperture and the third aperture are angled in a direction opposite the transverse direction. 9. The intervertebral implant of claim 6, wherein the plane is equidistant from the upper surface and the lower surface of the support member in the transverse direction. 10. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 1, wherein at least a portion of the first inner spacer contacting surface is straight. 11. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 10, wherein at least a portion of the second inner spacer contacting surface is straight. 12. The intervertebral implant of claim 1, wherein the fourth width is greater than all of the widths of the first arm and the second arm. 13. An intervertebral implant frame comprising: a support member including a body that defines an outer surface, an inner surface spaced from the outer surface in a longitudinal direction, the inner surface defining a retention member that is monolithic with the body of the support member and extends in a direction away from the outer surface in the longitudinal direction, the retention member configured to retain a spacer body when the spacer body is coupled to the intervertebral implant frame, and at least two fixation element receiving apertures that extend through the body from the outer surface to the inner surface;a first arm that extends from the support member, the first arm including a first inner spacer contacting surface; anda second arm that extends from the support member, the second arm including a second inner spacer contacting surface spaced from the first inner spacer contacting surface along a lateral direction that is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction such that the retention member is positioned between the first arm and the second arm with respect to the lateral direction,wherein the inner surface, the first inner spacer contacting surface, and the second inner spacer contacting surface together define a void configured to receive the spacer body. 14. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 13, wherein the retention member is a spike that is configured to retain the spacer body when the spacer body is received in the void. 15. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 13, wherein the retention member is positioned between two of the at least two fixation element receiving apertures with respect to the lateral direction. 16. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 13, wherein the support member includes an upper surface and a lower surface, the upper surface spaced from the lower surface in a transverse direction that is perpendicular to both the longitudinal and lateral directions, the upper surface including a first portion that is parallel to the lateral direction, the lower surface including a second portion that is convex, and both the first portion and the second portion are aligned with respect to the transverse direction. 17. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 16, wherein the at least two fixation element receiving apertures include a first aperture, a second aperture, a third aperture, and a fourth aperture, both the second aperture and the third aperture are positioned between the first aperture and the fourth aperture with respect to the lateral direction, both the first aperture and the fourth aperture are angled in the transverse direction, and both the second aperture and the third aperture are angled in a direction opposite the transverse direction. 18. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 13, wherein the support member includes an upper surface and a lower surface, the upper surface spaced from the lower surface in transverse direction that is perpendicular to both the longitudinal and lateral directions, at least one of the at least two fixation element receiving apertures extends through the upper surface, and at least one of the at least two fixation element receiving apertures extends through the lower surface. 19. An intervertebral implant frame comprising: a support member including a body that defines an outer surface, an inner surface spaced from the outer surface in a longitudinal direction, a lower surface, an upper surface spaced from the lower surface in a transverse direction that is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, a first fixation element receiving aperture that extends through the body from the outer surface to the inner surface, and a second fixation element receiving aperture that extends through the body from the outer surface to the inner surface, the first fixation element receiving aperture spaced from the second fixation element receiving aperture in a lateral direction that is perpendicular to both the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, the upper surface including a first portion that is parallel to the lateral direction, the lower surface including a second portion that is convex in a direction opposite the transverse direction, and both the first portion and the second portion are aligned with respect to the transverse direction;a first arm that extends from the support member to a first terminal end such that the first terminal end is positioned beyond the inner surface with respect to the longitudinal direction, the first arm including a first inner spacer contacting surface; anda second arm that extends from the support member to a second terminal end such that the second terminal end is positioned beyond the inner surface with respect to the longitudinal direction, the second arm including a second inner spacer contacting surface spaced from the first inner spacer contacting surface along the lateral direction. 20. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 19, wherein the body defines a third aperture and a fourth aperture, the second aperture and the third aperture both positioned between the first aperture and the fourth aperture with respect to the lateral direction, both the first aperture and the fourth aperture are angled in the transverse direction, and both the second aperture and the third aperture are angled in the direction opposite the transverse direction. 21. The intervertebral implant frame of claim 20, wherein the outer surface defines a first opening of the first fixation aperture, a second opening of the second fixation aperture, a third opening of the third fixation aperture, and a fourth opening of the fourth fixation aperture, the first aperture, the second aperture, the third aperture, and the fourth aperture being aligned such that a plane parallel to the lateral direction intersects each of the first aperture, the second aperture, the third aperture, and the fourth aperture.
