The pneumatic valve of claim 1, wherein the valve is connected in a pneumatic de-icing system. 3. The pneumatic valve of claim 2, wherein the pneumatic de-icing system is used in an aircraft. 4. The pneumatic valve of claim 1, wherein the air is bleed air from a turbine engine of an aircraft.
