The portable electronic device of claim 5, wherein said chassis includes an accommodating groove for accommodating said stand assembly. 8. The portable electronic device of claim 5, wherein said chassis includes a regulating section that regulates a swingable range of one of said first and second arms. 9. The portable electronic device of claim 5, wherein a magnet is provided on at least one of said first arm, said second arm and said connecting section. 10.
