1. A system to monitor a health condition of a client, comprising: one or more wearable devices, worn by the client, coupled wirelessly to a computer processor;one or more computer implemented agents provided by the computer processor, each specializing in a health condition and providing instructions to the one or more devices to collect health condition information about the client and returning the collected information back to the computer processor, wherein the computer processor: selects a treatment template-related treatment plan for people with similar characteristics to the client;utilizes the template and the collected information to formulate a customized instruction promoting healthy client behavior; andsends the customized instruction to the client. 2. The system of claim 1, comprising a camera to automatically collect calorie intake of an item to be consumed wherein the computer processor detects the calorie intake. 3. The system of claim 2, wherein the computer processor automatically identifies volume and content of the item. 4. The system of claim 2, wherein the computer processor automatically determines if the item is part of a recommended nutritional guideline and to send messages suggesting alternatives that at least supplement the item to at least meet a recommended nutritional guideline. 5. The system of claim 1, comprising at least one Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) device to collect client condition. 6. The system of claim 1, wherein the computer processor models patient movements and convert patient movements into energy consumption. 7. The system of claim 1, wherein the computer processor models calorie usage from exercises and adapt client diet in response to the exercises. 8. The system of claim 1, wherein the computer processor accumulates reward points for the client to encourage healthy activities. 9. The system of claim 1, wherein the computer processor compares client progress with progress for people with a similar health condition to the client and send normative messages to improve client progress. 10. The method of claim 1, comprising generating a diet plan personalized to the client and meeting a predetermined dietary guideline. 11. The method of claim 10, comprising modeling calorie usage from client exercises and adapting a client diet plan in response to the exercises. 12. A method to provide automatic messaging to a client on behalf of a healthcare treatment professional, comprising: setting up one or more computer implemented agents, each specializing in a health condition, with rules to respond to a client condition;during run-time, receiving a communication from the client and in response selecting the one or more computer implemented agents to respond to the communication;selecting a treatment template based on prior treatment for people with similar health condition;generating a treatment plan automatically for the client from the treatment template;customizing the treatment plan automatically based on a medical condition of the client; andautomatically generating a response to be rendered on a client mobile device to encourage healthy behavior. 13. The method of claim 12, comprising automatically collecting calorie intake of an item to be consumed with a processor controlled camera and calorie detection code. 14. The method of claim 13, comprising automatically identifying volume and content of the item. 15. The method of claim 13, comprising automatically determining if the item is in a recommended nutritional guideline and sending messages suggesting alternatives that replace or supplement the item to at least meet the nutritional guideline. 16. The method of claim 12, comprising automatically collecting data on treatment plan compliance using at least one Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) device. 17. The method of claim 12, comprising accumulating reward points for the client to encourage healthy activities. 18. The method of claim 12, comprising comparing client progress to people with similar health condition and improving client progress through normative messaging. 19. A wearable device, worn by a client, to monitor a health condition of a client, comprising: a sensor to collect health care information about the client;a receiver to receive signals wirelessly from a remote computer processor;a transmitter to transmit signals wirelessly to the remote computer processor;a local computer processor coupled to the sensor, to the receiver, and to the transmitter, wherein the local computer processor: receives an instruction from the remote computer processor to collect health condition information about the client;collects health condition information from the sensor;transmits the health condition information to the remote computer processor; andreceives from the remote computer processor a customized instruction promoting healthy client behavior based upon the health condition information collected from the sensor. 20. The device of claim 19, comprising a camera to automatically collect calorie intake of an item to be consumed. 21. The device of claim 19, comprising at least one Micro-Electro-Mechanical System (MEMS) device to collect client condition.
