The hydrogen generation apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the temperature adjustment part includes: an air blow unit blowing air to the hydrogen generation container; anda thermometer measuring the temperature of the hydrogen generation container, and whereinthe control unit controls an air flow rate of the air blow unit on the basis of the temperature measured by the thermometer. 5. The hydrogen generation apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising: a second pipe connected to the exhaust hole, whereinthe liquid tank has a box shape and is provided with a hydrogen pipe which is provided in the inside of the liquid tank and is joined to a lid of the liquid tank,one end of the hydrogen pipe is connected to the second pipe, andthe other end of the hydrogen pipe is arranged near an inner bottom surface of the liquid tank. 6. The hydrogen generation apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the inner container has a closed-end tubular shape and is provided with a mesh part or a plurality of holes formed in a side part thereof. 7. The hydrogen generation apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the temperature adjustment part includes: an air blow unit blowing air to the hydrogen generation container; anda thermometer measuring the temperature of the hydrogen generation container, and whereinthe control unit controls an air flow rate of the air blow unit on the basis of the temperature measured by the thermometer. 12.
