The exercise device of claim 17, wherein the moveable member comprises a first component, a second component, and a hinge between the first component and the second component, wherein movement of the hinge is capable of changing a position of the weight with respect to the handle. 19. The exercise device of claim 18, wherein the handle extends from a first end to a second end, and the curved portion extends from a first end to a second end, wherein the first end of the curved portion is coupled to the first end of the handle and the second end of the curved portion is free. 20. The exercise device of claim 18, further comprising an elongated member having (i) a first end configured to attach to the second component of the moveable member, and (ii) a second end configured to attach to the weight. 21.
