The air vent valve assembly of claim 1, further comprising an outlet vent fitting attached to the outlet flow passage to allow for exchange of outside air through the air vent valve assembly. 4. The air vent valve assembly of claim 1, wherein said upper valve seat member is made of a soft, resilient elastomeric material. 5. The air vent valve assembly of claim 1, wherein said upper valve seat member is made of thermoplastic fluoropolymer. 6. The air vent valve assembly of claim 1, wherein said upper valve seat member is made of polyvinylidene difluoride. 7. The air vent valve assembly of claim 1, wherein said upper valve seat member is made of silicone. 8. The air vent valve assembly of claim 1, wherein said lower valve seat member is formed of polytetrafluoroethylene. 9.
