A portable structure comprising: a. a pod;b. a suite frame, wherein at least a portion of said suite frame is affixed to said pod, and wherein said suite frame comprises: i. a plurality of ground rails;ii. a plurality of vertical rail sections, wherein said vertical rail sections are either affixed to one of said ground rails or an adjacent vertical rail section;iii. at least one arch support affixed to two separate vertical rail sections;iv. a first plurality of cross members affixed to adjacent and corresponding vertical rail sections;v. a plurality of outside floor support affixed to said vertical rail sections;vi. at least one vertical cable affixed to said at least one arch support;vii. at least one inside floor support affixed to said at least one vertical cable, wherein said inside floor support is formed with a floor support clamp having an inner surface shaped to match an exterior of each said vertical rail sections in said plurality so as to maximize an area of an interface between said inner surface of said support clamp and said exterior of said vertical rail member;c. a floor covering, wherein said floor covering is supported by said at least one outside floor support and said at least one inside floor support; andd. a mesh covering, wherein said mesh covering is placed over the exterior of said suite frame. 6. The portable structure according to claim 5 further comprising at least one weather-proof section placed over said mesh covering. 7. The portable structure according to claim 6 wherein said pod further comprises a generator on an interior portion thereof. 8. The portable structure according to claim 7 wherein said pod further comprises an HVAC on an interior portion thereof. 9. The portable structure according to claim 8 wherein said pod further comprises an exterior access panel on one of said walls. 10. The portable structure according to claim 9 wherein said pod further comprises a control panel on an interior portion thereof. 11. The portable structure according to claim 10 wherein said pod further comprises a breaker panel. 12. The portable structure according to claim 11 wherein said pod further comprises a catwalk engaged with a top portion above a fourth wall.
