A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium that stores a program for causing a computer to operate as the energy management device according to claim 1. 6. The energy management device according to claim 1, wherein the assist controller makes the selection of the deactivation for stopping supply of the electric power from the power storage device to the load in a condition in which the amount of the electric power demand falls below the threshold value. 7.
