The light control film according to claim 3, wherein the oxide fine particles are any one of SiO2, ITO and ZrO2, or a mixture thereof. 5. The light control film according to claim 4, wherein the primer layer is made of the film wherein the urethane acrylate is thermally cured or optically cured. 6.
