The collapsible stand as claimed in claim 2, wherein said bottom connection end portion of said second support arm is a tubular member defining a virtual axis; said bearing member is a L-shaped member comprising a horizontal end portion and a vertical end portion, said horizontal end portion extending in a substantially parallel manner relative to said virtual axis of said bottom connection end portion of said second support arm, said vertical end portion extending substantially perpendicular to said virtual axis of said bottom connection end portion of said second support arm; said first engagement structure is mounted at said vertical end portion of said bearing member; said second engagement structure is mounted at said horizontal end portion of said bearing member. 4.
