A blood circuit assembly for a dialysis unit comprising an organizing tray, the organizing tray including: a pair of diaphragm pumps for circulating blood through a dialyzer, the diaphragm pumps each having a rigid pumping chamber wall separated from a rigid control chamber wall by a flexible diaphragm defining a pumping compartment and a control compartment, the control chamber wall including a pneumatic control port configured to plug directly into a corresponding port located on a front panel of the dialysis unit;a mount for an air trap configured to receive blood from an outlet of the dialyzer via a first flexible tube and to send blood to a first blood line connector via a second flexible tube;a first guide for holding the second flexible tube;a second guide for holding a third flexible tube extending from an inlet of the diaphragm pumps to a second blood line connector, whereinthe first and second guides comprise tube engagement members configured to place the second and third flexible tubes in alignment for mounting in a tubing occluder on the front panel of the dialysis unit with the organizing tray and the diaphragm pumps mounted to the front panel of the dialysis unit. 2. The blood circuit assembly of claim 1, wherein the organizing tray comprises a third guide for holding a fourth flexible tube extending from an outlet of the diaphragm pumps to an inlet of the dialyzer. 3. The blood circuit assembly of claim 2, wherein the outlet of the diaphragm pumps is connected to the inlet of the dialyzer through a first dialyzer connector, and the first flexible tube is connected to the outlet of the dialyzer through a second dialyzer connector. 4. The blood circuit assembly of claim 1, wherein the organizing tray comprises a vial holder for engaging with a vial and providing a fluid connection between the vial and a blood circuit of the blood circuit assembly. 5. The blood circuit assembly of claim 4, wherein the organizing tray comprises a pump for pumping anticoagulant from the vial to the blood circuit. 6. The blood circuit assembly of claim 5, wherein the pair of diaphragm pumps, the vial holder, and the anticoagulant pump are part of a pump cassette. 7. The blood circuit assembly of claim 6, wherein the vial holder comprises a hollow spike that fluidly communicates with a flowpath in the pump cassette connected to the blood circuit. 8. The blood circuit assembly of claim 6, wherein the pump cassette includes an air vent fluidly connected to the vial. 9. The blood circuit assembly of claim 1, wherein the organizing tray includes a pair of handles arranged for gripping by a user for installing the blood circuit assembly on the front panel of the dialysis unit. 10. The blood circuit assembly of claim 9, wherein the organizing tray includes openings adjacent each of the handles for receiving retaining tabs on the dialysis unit that engage with the blood circuit assembly and retain the blood circuit assembly on the dialysis unit. 11. The blood circuit assembly of claim 1, wherein an inlet of the air trap is located above an outlet of the air trap when the blood circuit assembly is mounted to the dialysis unit. 12. The blood circuit assembly of claim 1, wherein each blood line connector is arranged for a threaded luer-type connection to a patient access catheter, and is arranged for a press-in type fluidic connection to the dialysis unit. 13. The blood circuit assembly of claim 12, wherein each blood line connector includes a frustoconical member with an internal thread for the luer-type connection, and a central tube extending from a center of the frustoconical member for fluidic connection to the dialysis unit. 14. The blood circuit assembly of claim 13, wherein each blood line connector includes locking arms with at least one barb to engage with a complementary connector for the press-in type connection to the dialysis unit. 15. The blood circuit assembly of claim 1, wherein the organizing tray tube engagement members are arranged to be pressed toward the front panel of the dialysis unit while holding the second and third flexible tubes to seat said tubes in the tubing occluder.
