1. A kit comprising: an antiadhesive barrier;a biocompatible adhesive; andinstructions for use of the kit, wherein the biocompatible adhesive comprises at least two components, which are either premixed and applied or mixed upon application, and wherein the instructions recite that (i) a mesh implant attached to a tissue is to be covered by the antiadhesive barrier, (ii) the antiadhesive barrier is to be attached to the mesh implant by a biocompatible adhesive, and (iii) the biocompatible adhesive is to be applied onto said antiadhesive barrier by spraying, in an open incision or by laparoscopy. 2. The kit according to claim 1, wherein the antiadhesive barrier is a foil or membrane. 3. The kit according to claim 1, wherein the antiadhesive barrier comprises a biopolymer, a polysaccharide, hyaluronic acid, cellulose, cellulose, a cellulose derivative, polylactic acid, poly(L-lactide-co-D, L-lactide), type-1 atelocollagen, collagen, poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid), polyglactin or mixtures thereof or a natural biologic membrane like amnion, small intestinal submucosa, skin or mixtures thereof or a non-resorbable biocompatible membrane. 4. The kit according to claim 1, wherein the kit further comprises a mesh implant. 5. The kit according to claim 4, wherein the antiadhesive barrier is of a size and shape that when applied over the mesh implant, the mesh implant surface to which the antiadhesive barrier is applied is not exposed to any other tissues. 6. The kit according to claim 4, wherein the antiadhesive barrier is of a size and shape that when applied over the mesh implant, the antiadhesive barrier covers any mechanical fixation devices utilized to secure the mesh implant. 7. The kit according to claim 1, wherein the biocompatible adhesive comprises natural polymers, fibrinogen and/or thrombin. 8. The kit according to claim 1, further comprising a biocompatible adhesive applicator configured to spray the biocompatible adhesive. 9. The kit according to claim 1, wherein the biocompatible adhesive maintains its adhesive properties for at least fourteen days before biodegrading. 10. The kit according to claim 1, wherein the at least two components include fibrinogen and thrombin. 11. The kit according to claim 1, wherein the biocompatible adhesive is preapplied to the antiadhesive barrier, and wherein the biocompatible adhesive is configured to react and seal when contacted to a tissue. 12. The kit according to claim 1, wherein the antiadhesive barrier comprises amniotic membrane. 13. The kit according to claim 1, further comprising at least one mechanical fixation device. 14. The kit according to claim 13, wherein the at least one mechanical fixation device is a suture, tack, (endo)anchor, or a staple. 15. The kit according to claim 1, wherein the at least two components of the biocompatible adhesive are included in the kit as separable components. 16. A kit comprising: an antiadhesive barrier;a biocompatible adhesive comprising at least two components, which are either premixed and applied or mixed upon application;a mesh implant; andinstructions for use of the kit, wherein the instructions recite that (i) the mesh implant is to be attached to a tissue and covered by the antiadhesive barrier, (ii) the antiadhesive barrier is to be attached to the mesh implant by a biocompatible adhesive, and (iii) the biocompatible adhesive is to be applied onto said antiadhesive barrier by spraying, in an open incision or by laparoscopy. 17. The method of claim 16, wherein the biocompatible adhesive comprises fibrinogen and thrombin. 18. The kit according to claim 17, wherein the biocompatible adhesive maintains its adhesive properties for at least fourteen days before biodegrading. 19. The kit according to claim 16, wherein the biocompatible adhesive is preapplied to the antiadhesive barrier, and wherein the biocompatible adhesive is configured to react and seal when contacted to a tissue. 20. The kit according to claim 17, wherein the antiadhesive barrier is of a size and shape that when applied over the mesh implant, the mesh implant surfaces to which the antiadhesive barrier is applied is not exposed to any other tissues.
