The configurable bottle storage rack kit of claim 1 and wherein: the kit further comprises a plurality of securing members, the securing members including a securing member shank;the panel connecting member includes a central element disposed between the panel connecting member first and second sides, the central element having a panel connecting member securing member opening defined therein;the leg members each have at least one leg member securing member opening defined therein;the spacing members are elongate rods defined by spacing member first and second ends, each spacing member first and second end having a spacing member securing member opening defined therein; andthe securing members can connect one of the panel connecting members, one of the leg members, and one of the spacing members by inserting the securing member shank into the securing member openings defined in the panel connecting member, leg member and spacing member. 3. The configurable bottle storage rack kit of claim 1 wherein when the hinges of the panel connecting members are engaged with the front bottle support panel hinge sections and the rear bottle support panel hinge sections, the panel connecting members can rotate in a forward direction within the hinge sections by an angle of at least about 12 degrees. 4. The configurable bottle storage rack kit of claim 3 wherein when the hinges of the panel connecting members are engaged with the front bottle support panel hinge sections and the rear bottle support panel hinge sections, the panel connecting members can rotate in a backward direction within the hinge sections by an angle of at least about 90 degrees. 5. The configurable bottle storage rack kit of claim 1 wherein: each panel connecting member includes three hinges on each side of the panel connecting member, the hinges on each side of the panel connecting member being separated by hinge tabs;the front bottle support panel first and second sides, and the rear bottle support panel first and second sides, each define hinge openings which can receive the hinge tabs when the panel connecting members are engaged with the respective hinge sections. 6. The configurable bottle storage rack kit of claim 4 wherein each hinge section includes a hinge clip, each hinge clip including a pair of clip arms which together define the hinge receiver. 7. The configurable bottle storage rack kit of claim 6 wherein: each front bottle support panel is defined by a front panel inside surface, and the clip arms and hinge receiver associated with the front bottle support panel are spaced apart from the front panel inside surface by a front panel hinge post; andeach rear bottle support panel is defined by a rear panel inside surface, and the clip arms and hinge receiver associated with the rear bottle support panel are spaced apart from the rear panel inside surface by a rear panel hinge post. 8. The configurable bottle storage rack kit of claim 1 wherein: each leg member defines a panel connecting member alignment feature; andeach panel connecting member includes a leg alignment tab which can be received by the panel connecting member alignment feature to align the panel connecting member with the leg member. 9. The configurable bottle storage rack kit of claim 2 further comprising at least one special rear bottle support panel having defined by special rear panel first and second sides, and defining a special rear panel securing member opening defined therein essentially equidistant between the special rear panel first and second sides, the special rear panel securing member opening configured to receive the securing member shank to enable the special rear bottle support panel to be attached to one of the leg members and one of the spacing members using one of the securing members.
