The percussion instrument of claim 2, wherein the enclosed body comprises a cuboid shape. 4. The percussion instrument of claim 3, wherein the cuboid shape is rectangular. 5. The percussion instrument of claim 3, wherein the matrix comprises a checkerboard pattern. 6.
