The system of claim 4, further comprising a sensor operatively coupled to a lower portion of the second section of tubing, wherein the sensor comprises a water level sensor that detects a water level of water within a reservoir holding the plant. 6. The system of claim 5, wherein the sensor is operatively connected to the control mechanism and wherein the control mechanism activates the fluid pump upon a signal from the sensor. 7. The system of claim 1, wherein at least one of the at least one power source comprises a battery. 8. The system of claim 1, wherein at least one of the at least one power source comprises a power supply. 9. The system of claim 8, further comprising a power plug. 10.
