1. An apparatus, comprising: a sensor electronics comprising a communication component, a memory configured to store sensor electronics identification information and a count, and a processor operatively coupled to the memory of the sensor electronics, the sensor electronics configured to increment

An apparatus, comprising: a sensor electronics comprising a communication component, a memory configured to store sensor electronics identification information and a count, and a processor operatively coupled to the memory of the sensor electronics, the sensor electronics configured to increment the count when a data packet is communicated to a remote location, to communicate a data packet during a transmit time window determined based on the sensor electronics identification information and the count, determine a transmission time for one or more additional data packets for communication based on the sensor electronics identification information and the count, wherein the communicated data packet does not include the sensor electronics identification information, and further, wherein the communicated data packet is received at the remote location during a data reception time period that is synchronized with the transmit time window based on a start indicator. 2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the data packet communicated by the sensor electronics during the transmit time window is configured so that the sensor electronics is identified by the remote location when the communicated data packet is received at the remote location, and wherein the sensor electronics is configured to communicate the one or more additional data packets when the sensor electronics is identified by the remote location. 3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein the communicated data packet and the one or more additional data packets are processed at the remote location when the sensor electronics is identified by the remote location. 4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the sensor electronics is configured to vary the transmission time for the one or more additional data packets within a predetermined time window. 5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the determined transmission time for the one or more additional data packets is varied within the predetermined time window based on the sensor electronics identification information. 6. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the sensor electronics is configured to receive one or more signals from an analyte sensor in fluid contact with bodily fluid. 7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein one or more of the communicated data packet or the one or more additional data packets for communication includes data corresponding to a monitored analyte level based on the one or more signals from the analyte sensor. 8. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the communicated data packet received at the remote location during the data reception time period that is synchronized with the transmit time window is used to determine a medication administration protocol at the remote location. 9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the data packet is wirelessly communicated to the remote location. 10. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the communication component is configured to communicate a transmit data packet before communicating the data packet during the transmit time window, and wherein the transmit data packet includes the start indicator. 11. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the start indicator is configured to provide immunity to bit errors during data synchronization. 12. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the count is configured to begin at 0 and to increment by 1 when the data packet is communicated to the remote location, and to reset to 0 in response to reaching a predetermined value, and wherein the communicated data packet includes the count. 13. A receiver, comprising: a memory configured to store sensor electronics identification information and a transmit time value;a processor operatively coupled to the memory; anda data communication section configured to receive a data packet during a data reception time window synchronized with a transmit time window of a sensor electronics based on a start indicator, the transmit time window determined based on the sensor electronics identification information and the transmit time value, the transmit time value being incremented each time the data packet is received by the receiver, and to identify the sensor electronics based on the data packet received during the data reception time window; wherein the data packet does not include the sensor electronics identification information used to determine a data communication time for subsequent data packets that are varied within a predetermined time window; and furtherwherein the receiver receives one or more subsequent data packets from the sensor electronics when the sensor electronics is identified based on the received data packet. 14. The receiver of claim 13, wherein the data packet received from the sensor electronics includes measured glucose level. 15. The receiver of claim 13, further including a housing, the data communication section disposed within the housing, the receiver further including a medication delivery component operatively coupled to the data communication section and disposed within the housing, the medication delivery component configured to determine one or more medication delivery protocol. 16. A method, comprising: storing sensor electronics identification information;storing a count;determining a transmit time window based on the sensor electronics identification information and the count;receiving a data packet during the transmit time window, wherein the sensor electronics identification information and the count are used to determine communication time for communication of subsequent data packets, wherein the data packet is received during a data reception time period synchronized with the transmit time window, and wherein the received data packet does not include the sensor electronics identification information;updating the count based on the received data packet;identifying a sensor electronics based on the received data packet; andreceiving one or more subsequent data packets when the sensor electronics is identified based on the received data packet. 17. The method of claim 16, further including verifying a transmit time value of each data packet transmission, and processing the received data packet and the one or more subsequent data packets when the transmit time value of each data packet transmission is verified. 18. The method of claim 16, further including performing error detection on one or more of the received data packet or the one or more subsequent data packets. 19. The method of claim 18, further including performing error correction on the one or more of the received data packet or the one or more subsequent data packets when an error is detected. 20. The method of claim 19, wherein performing the error correction includes executing forward error correction.
