The building material of claim 6, wherein the side buffer member has a bottom surface contacting the top surface of the buffer panel and a side surface of which at least a portion contacts the support member and the bottom layer, and the side buffer member is made of a same material as that of the buffer panel. 10. The building material of claim 1, wherein the upper plate and the lower plate of the damping member are in parallel with each other, and the upper plate and the lower plate of the damping member have a same surface area. 11.
