The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the first inverse of the first relationship comprises: obtaining a prediction of the candidate location;obtaining knowledge of a trajectory of the first sensing device;determining a position of the first sensing device at a first time based on the knowledge of the trajectory; andobtaining the first inverse of the first relationship based on the prediction of the candidate location and the position of the first sensing device at the first time. 5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the first estimate of the first radio signal comprises: in response to obtaining the prediction of the candidate location and determining the position of the first sensing device at the first time, computing a convolution of: (i) the first information and (ii) the first inverse of the first relationship. 6. The method of claim 1, wherein computing the energy emitted from the candidate location comprises: determining that time is synchronized between the first sensing device and the second sensing device; andin response to determining that the time is synchronized, computing the energy emitted from the candidate location. 7. The method of claim 1, wherein computing the energy emitted from the candidate location comprises computing the energy emitted from the candidate location based on the first estimate, the second estimate and a third estimate corresponding to a third sensing device, the method comprising: obtaining, from the third sensing device, third information corresponding to a third radio signal received at the third sensing device from the candidate location;determining a third relationship between the third sensing device and the candidate location;obtaining a third inverse of the third relationship;determining a third estimate of the third radio signal based on the third information and the third inverse; andcomputing the energy emitted from the candidate location based on the first estimate, the second estimate and the third estimate. 8. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, are configured to cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising: obtaining, from a first sensing device, first information corresponding to a first radio signal received at the first sensing device from a candidate location;obtaining, from a second sensing device, second information corresponding to a second radio signal received at the second sensing device from the candidate location;determining a first relationship between the first sensing device and the candidate location and a second relationship between the second sensing device and the candidate location;obtaining a first inverse of the first relationship and a second inverse of the second relationship;determining a first estimate of the first radio signal based on the first information and the first inverse, and a second estimate of the second radio signal based on the second information and the second inverse; andcomputing an energy emitted from the candidate location based on the first estimate and the second estimate. 9. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 8, wherein determining the first relationship between the first sensing device and the candidate location comprises: determining a first delay associated with the first radio signal; anddetermining a first Doppler offset associated with the first radio signal,wherein at least one of the first delay or the first Doppler offset is determined based on a known trajectory of the first sensing device. 10. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 9, wherein obtaining the first inverse of the first relationship comprises: determining an inverse of the first delay; anddetermining an inverse of the first Doppler offset. 11. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 8, wherein obtaining the first inverse of the first relationship comprises: obtaining a prediction of the candidate location;obtaining knowledge of a trajectory of the first sensing device;determining a position of the first sensing device at a first time based on the knowledge of the trajectory; andobtaining the first inverse of the first relationship based on the prediction of the candidate location and the position of the first sensing device at the first time. 12. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 11, wherein determining the first estimate of the first radio signal comprises: in response to obtaining the prediction of the candidate location and determining the position of the first sensing device at the first time, computing a convolution of: (i) the first information and (ii) the first inverse of the first relationship. 13. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 8, wherein computing the energy emitted from the candidate location comprises: determining that time is synchronized between the first sensing device and the second sensing device; andin response to determining that the time is synchronized, computing the energy emitted from the candidate location. 14. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 8, wherein computing the energy emitted from the candidate location comprises computing the energy emitted from the candidate location based on the first estimate, the second estimate and a third estimate corresponding to a third sensing device, the operations comprising: obtaining, from the third sensing device, third information corresponding to a third radio signal received at the third sensing device from the candidate location;determining a third relationship between the third sensing device and the candidate location;obtaining a third inverse of the third relationship;determining a third estimate of the third radio signal based on the third information and the third inverse; andcomputing the energy emitted from the candidate location based on the first estimate, the second estimate and the third estimate. 15. A system comprising: a first sensing device and a second sensing device;one or more processors; anda storage medium storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, are configured to cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising: obtaining, from the first sensing device, first information corresponding to a first radio signal received at the first sensing device from a candidate location;obtaining, from the second sensing device, second information corresponding to a second radio signal received at the second sensing device from the candidate location;determining a first relationship between the first sensing device and the candidate location and a second relationship between the second sensing device and the candidate location;obtaining a first inverse of the first relationship and a second inverse of the second relationship;determining a first estimate of the first radio signal based on the first information and the first inverse, and a second estimate of the second radio signal based on the second information and the second inverse; andcomputing an energy emitted from the candidate location based on the first estimate and the second estimate. 16.
