The protective enclosure of claim 1, wherein the first case portion includes a first outer case portion adapted to surround at least a portion of an outer surface of the top device portion, wherein the second case portion includes a second outer case portion adapted to surround at least a portion of an outer surface of the bottom device portion, and wherein the hinge portion extends between a second end of the first outer case portion and a second end of the second outer case portion. 3. The protective enclosure of claim 2, wherein the wherein the hinge portion is integrally formed with the second end of the first outer case portion and the second end of the second outer case portion. 4. The protective enclosure of claim 1, wherein the flexible material is a thermoplastic elastomer. 5. The protective enclosure of claim 2, wherein the hinge portion extends between a first lateral end and a second lateral end of the first outer case portion and between a first lateral end and a second lateral end of the second outer case portion. 6. The protective enclosure of claim 5, wherein a first rigid portion is disposed on the first outer case portion and a second rigid portion is disposed on the second outer case portion, wherein the first rigid portion and the second rigid portion are comprise a rigid plastic material. 7. The protective enclosure of claim 6, wherein the first rigid portion extends between the first lateral end and the second lateral end of the first outer case portion, and wherein the second rigid portion extends between the first lateral end and the second lateral end of the second outer case portion. 8. The protective enclosure of claim 6, wherein a portion of the first outer case portion comprises the flexible material and a portion of the second outer case portion comprises the flexible material, and wherein the first rigid portion extends over the portion of the first outer case portion and the second rigid portion extends over the portion of the second outer case portion. 9. The protective enclosure of claim 8, wherein the first rigid portion is non-removably secured to the first portion of the flexible material comprising the first outer case portion, and wherein the second rigid portion is non-removably secured to the second portion of the flexible material comprising the second outer case portion. 10. The protective enclosure of claim 9, wherein the first rigid portion is overmolded onto the first portion of the flexible material, and wherein the second rigid portion is overmolded onto the second portion of the flexible material. 11. The protective enclosure of claim 6, wherein the first rigid portion and the second rigid portion each comprise a polycarbonate material. 12. The protective enclosure of claim 1, wherein the two or more channels of the hinge portion include folds that cooperate to form a bellows. 13. A protective enclosure for an electronic device that includes a first device portion and a second device portion, with the first device portion and the second device portion pivotably displaceable about a device hinge axis, the protective enclosure comprising: a first case portion adapted to surround at least a portion of the first device portion, the first case portion extending along a first axis from a first end to a second end, the first axis being configured to be normal to the device hinge axis, the first case portion including a first opening adapted to align or overlap with at least a portion of a device display of the electronic device;a second case portion adapted to surround at least a portion of the second device portion, the second case portion extending along a second axis from a first end to a second end, the second axis being configured to be normal to the device hinge axis; anda hinge portion extending between the second end of the first case portion and the second end of the second case portion, the hinge portion comprising a pliable material adapted to flex when the first device portion pivotably displaces relative to the second device portion about the device hinge axis, wherein the hinge portion includes at least two slots. 14. The protective enclosure of claim 13, wherein each of the at least two slots are configured to extend normal to the device hinge axis. 15. The protective enclosure of claim 13, wherein a first portion of the hinge portion is coupled to the second end of the first case portion and a second portion of the hinge portion is coupled to the second end of the second case portion. 16. The protective enclosure of claim 13, wherein the first case portion includes a first outer case portion adapted to surround at least a portion of an outer surface of the first device portion, wherein the second case portion includes a second outer case portion adapted to surround at least a portion of an outer surface of the second device portion, andwherein the first portion of the hinge portion is integrally formed with a second end of the first outer case portion and the second portion of the hinge portion is integrally formed with a second end of the second outer case portion. 17. The protective enclosure of claim 13, wherein the pliable material is a thermoplastic elastomer, and wherein the first opening of the first case portion includes a transparent membrane. 18. The protective enclosure of claim 16, wherein a first rigid portion is disposed on the first outer case portion and a second rigid portion is disposed on the second outer case portion, wherein the first rigid portion and the second rigid portion comprise a rigid plastic material. 19. The protective enclosure of claim 13, further comprising: a stand portion having a first arm portion and a second arm portion, wherein a first end of the first arm portion is pivotably secured to a first lateral portion of the first case portion or the second case portion, and wherein a first end of the second arm portion is pivotably secured to a second lateral portion of the first case portion or the second case portion. 20. The protective enclosure of claim 18, wherein the first rigid portion is removably secured to the first outer case portion and the second rigid portion is removably secured to the second outer case portion.
