The cover device according to claim 1, wherein the valve element comprises flexible material. 4. The cover device according to claim 1, wherein the first portion of the valve element is provided with the slit, wherein the closed state of the valve arrangement is a configuration in which the slit is allowed to be closed, and wherein the open state of the valve arrangement is a configuration in which the slit is opened. 5. The cover device according to claim 4, wherein the first portion of the valve element is dome-shaped in a rest position of the valve element. 6. The cover device according to claim 1, wherein the valve element is a membrane, wherein the first portion of the valve element is the central portion of the valve element, and wherein the second portion of the valve element is the ring-shaped portion at a side of an outer periphery of the valve element, surrounding the central portion. 7. The cover device according to claim 6, wherein the valve element is further provided with a duck bill valve for allowing air to pass from one side of the valve element to the other. 8. The cover device according to claim 1, wherein the spout portion is a spout that projects from the housing and the drink opening is at a free end thereof, and wherein the valve element is hingably associated with an end surface of the spout portion as present inside the housing. 9. An assembly of a drink container and a cover device according to claim 1, wherein the cover device is removably attached to the drink container.
