Disclosed is a portable device holding apparatus including a body portion including a body on which a portable device is disposed and which includes an open bottom surface and a fixing pad which supports one side of the portable device, a mobile portion including a mobile pad which is linearly movable between a first position which supports the other side of the portable device and a second position spaced at a certain distance apart from the other end of the portable device, an elastic plate which fixes a movement of the mobile pad to the second position, a button which is pushed by the portable device during a process in which the portable device is disposed on the body portion, and releases fixing of the movement of the mobile pad of the elastic plate, a tongs portion coupled at a bottom of the body portion.

1. A portable device holding apparatus comprising: a body portion comprising a body on which a portable device is disposed and which comprises an open bottom surface and a fixing pad which supports one side of the portable device;a mobile portion comprising a mobile pad which is linearly movable between a first position which supports the other side of the portable device and a second position spaced at a certain distance apart from the other end of the portable device;an elastic plate which fixes a movement of the mobile pad to the second position;a button which is pushed by the portable device during a process in which the portable device is disposed on the body portion, and releases fixing of the movement of the mobile pad of the elastic plate;a tongs portion coupled at a bottom of the body portion; anda rotating portion fixedly coupled to a top of the tongs portion and rotatably coupled to the bottom of the body portion,wherein the body portion comprises a rotation coupling portion which protrudes downward from a bottom surface and is formed in a circular shape, a rotation insertion portion which is formed to be depressed upward from the rotation coupling portion and into and to which the rotating portion is inserted and coupled, an uneven portion which includes consecutive bumps on an inner circumferential surface of the rotation insertion portion, and a lower cover which comprises a rotation shaft formed in a cylinder at a center of the rotation insertion portion, andwherein the rotating portion comprises a rotating plate which is a circular plate and comprises a vertically penetrated through hole formed at a center thereof, a rotating body which comprises a plate spring support protruding from a top surface of the rotating plate, and a plate spring fixedly coupled to the plate spring support. 2. The portable device holding apparatus of claim 1, wherein the mobile portion comprises a mobile base coupled to the mobile pad, a mobile shaft which comprises one open end inserted into and coupled to the mobile base and the other end including a holding protrusion insertable into the elastic plate, and a spring into which the mobile shaft is inserted and which is elastically compressed by the mobile shaft linearly moving from the first position to the second position. 3. The portable device holding apparatus of claim 1, wherein the tongs portion comprises a tongs clip which comprises a tongs body in a plate shape and tongs legs extended downward from both sides of the tongs body, and a coupling clip coupled to the tongs clip and coupled to the rotating body by a fixing bolt, and wherein the rotating plate comprises a fitted portion inserted into a bottom surface thereof and where the coupling clip is mounted on and coupled to. 4. The portable device holding apparatus of claim 1, wherein the rotation shaft comprises a first shaft with a bottom end fixed to the rotation insertion portion and a top surface on which the rotating plate is mounted, a second shaft formed above the first shaft to have a smaller circumference than that of the first shaft and to be inserted into the through hole of the rotating plate, and a first holding portion formed on an outer circumferential surface of the first shaft, and wherein the plate spring support comprises a second holding portion which comes into contact with the first holding portion due to rotation of the rotating body coupled to the rotation insertion portion, and is formed on an inner circumferential surface of the plate spring support. 5. The portable device holding apparatus of claim 1, wherein the plate spring comprises a protrusion which protrudes outward from a center of a curved surface thereof and is held by the uneven portion to prevent the rotating plate from arbitrarily rotating and a fitting portion bent toward an inside of the curved surface and coupled to both ends of the plate spring. 6. The portable device holding apparatus of claim 1, further comprising a supporter coupled to the rotation coupling portion by the tongs portion coupled to the body portion, wherein the rotation coupling portion further comprises a rotation mounting portion formed to be a step on an outer circumferential surface thereof and on which the supporter is mounted. 7. The portable device holding apparatus of claim 6, wherein the supporter comprises a supporting body having a certain thickness, a rotation hole formed in a circular shape at a center of the supporting body, and a rotating protrusion which protrudes from an inner circumferential surface of the rotation hole and is mounted on the rotation mounting portion. 8. The portable device holding apparatus of claim 7, wherein the supporter comprises a plurality of contact supports formed by extending outward from the supporting body and bending extended ends toward a top of the supporting body.
