A fastener delivery tool configured to deliver a fastener into tissue of a patient, the fastener delivery tool comprising: a shaft;a handle assembly connected to a proximal end of the shaft;one or more prongs connected to a distal end of the shaft; anda fastener push rod received at least partially within the shaft,wherein a proximal end of the fastener push rod is connected to the handle assembly,wherein the fastener push rod is moveable relative to the shaft via actuation of the handle assembly, andwherein the fastener push rod includes first and second arms fixed to a distal end of the fastener push rod and a detent disposed on each of the first and second of arms, each of the detents extending outward from a side surface of the respective first or second arm, each of the detents configured to be received within a passageway of a fastener and secure the fastener to the fastener push rod with friction. 2. The fastener delivery tool of claim 1, wherein the one or more prongs are formed from the shaft. 3. The fastener delivery tool of claim 1, wherein the one or more prongs comprise a concave surface. 4. The fastener delivery tool of claim 1, wherein the one or more prongs taper toward a tip of each prong. 5. The fastener delivery tool of claim 1, wherein the one or more prongs have a length that is between 50% and 120% of the length of the fastener the fastener delivery system is configured to deliver into tissue of the patient. 6. The fastener delivery tool of claim 1, wherein a force applied to the handle assembly causes the fastener push rod to move distally relative to the shaft. 7. The fastener delivery tool of claim 6, wherein the handle assembly comprises: a housing;a trigger; anda bias member,wherein the bias member is connected to the housing and the trigger,wherein the bias member biases the trigger to a rest position, andwherein the force applied to the handle assembly comprises a force applied to the handle assembly to overcome a biasing force of the bias member. 8. The fastener delivery tool of claim 1, wherein each of the first and second arms includes a proximal portion and a distal portion, wherein a width of the proximal portion is greater than a width of the distal portion; and wherein each of the first and second arms includes a shoulder between the proximal portion and the distal portion. 9. A fastener delivery tool configured to deliver a fastener into tissue of a patient, the fastener delivery tool comprising: a shaft having a lumen extending therethrough;a handle assembly connected to a proximal end of the shaft;first and second prongs connected to a distal end of the shaft and extending distal of the lumen; anda fastener push rod received through the lumen of the shaft, the fastener push rod including first and second spaced apart arms connected to a distal end of the fastener push rod,wherein a proximal end of the fastener push rod is connected to the handle assembly,wherein the fastener push rod is moveable relative to the shaft,wherein each of the first and second arms includes one or more detents configured to be received within a passageway of a fastener and secure the fastener to the fastener push rod with friction;wherein each of the first and second arms includes a proximal portion and a distal portion, wherein a width of the proximal portion is greater than a width of the distal portion; andwherein each of the first and second arms includes a shoulder between the proximal portion and the distal portion. 10. The fastener delivery tool of claim 9, wherein the shoulder is configured to contact a surface of a fastener when the fastener is secured to the fastener push rod. 11. The fastener delivery tool of claim 9, wherein the proximal portions of the first and second arms extend parallel to one another. 12. The fastener delivery tool of claim 9, wherein the first and second prongs are formed from the shaft. 13. The fastener delivery tool of claim 9, wherein the first and second prongs comprise a concave surface. 14. The fastener delivery tool of claim 9, wherein the first and second prongs taper toward a tip of each prong. 15. The fastener delivery tool of claim 9, wherein a force applied to the handle assembly causes the fastener push rod to move relative to the shaft. 16.
