A thermos flask, comprising: a container including an upper side having an opening;a lid held on the upper side, the lid comprising an upper part fixed to the container and a bottom part pivotably held on the upper part, the bottom part being pretensioned to a closed position, the lid being operable to close the opening when in the closed position; andwherein the bottom part includes an actuation element that is one-piece with the bottom part and arranged to at least partially move the lid to partially release the opening such that liquid can be poured out of the container. 2. The thermos flask according to claim 1, further comprising a spring arranged between the upper part and the bottom part to pretension the bottom part in the closed position. 3. The thermos flask according to claim 1, further including limit stops arranged to limit a pivoting path of the bottom part relative to the upper part. 4. The thermos flask according to claim 1, further including an annular seal arranged around the opening of the container on which the bottom part of the lid rests in the closed position. 5. The thermos flask according to claim 1, further including a movable valve held on the bottom part to allow filling of the container from above the lid. 6. The thermos flask according to claim 1, further including a seal, wherein the bottom part includes a downwardly protruding edge resting on the seal, and wherein the thermos flask comprises a flask body having a spout, the downwardly protruding edge comprising a recess in a region of the spout of the flask body. 7. The thermos flask according to claim 4, wherein the bottom part includes a downwardly protruding edge having at least one section presenting a venting opening and a recess for pouring, wherein the recess and the at least one section are arranged to seal the container beneath the seal in the closed position of the bottom part. 8. The thermos flask according to claim 1, wherein the upper part includes at least one rib and the container includes a pouring edge and at least one recess on the pouring edge, wherein during a mounting of the lid on the upper side of the container the lid is laterally displaceable in order to insert the at least one rib on the upper part into the at least one recess on the pouring edge of the container. 9. The thermos flask according to claim 1, wherein the container includes a protruding handle having an upper region and the actuation element is arranged in the upper region of the handle. 10. The thermos flask according to claim 1, further including a detent mechanism to lock the upper part of the lid on the container. 11. The thermos flask according to claim 2, wherein the spring comprises a helical spring. 12. The thermos flask according to claim 1, wherein the upper part includes a bearing receiver on opposite sides of the upper part and the bottom part includes at least one bearing pin that engages the bearing receiver in the upper part to permit pivoting of the bottom part relative to the upper part.
