The neckband is connected to said neckband module, and said one or more fastener members pivotably connects said neckband module and said one or more display segments. Also provided for a neckwear are a hermetically sealed neckband module or display segment, a display segment configured to be intra-changeable, display inserts for a neckband module or display segments, torso segments, and a neckband module with a member of a fastener to accommodate interchangeable display segments.

The neckwear of claim 1, wherein said at least one hermetically sealed display segment comprises a first hermetically sealed display segment and a second hermetically sealed display segment, and wherein said at least one fastener further comprises a second fastener that connects said first hermetically sealed display segment to said second hermetically sealed display segment. 3. The neckwear of claim 1, wherein said neckwear further comprises a clip segment configured to secure said neckwear to a shirt. 4. The neckwear of claim 1, wherein said neckwear further comprises at least one torso segment that does not contain a coin, medal or bullion bar. 5. The neckwear of claim 1, wherein said first coin, medal or bullion bar contained in said hermetically sealed neckband module comprises silver, copper, gold or platinum. 6. The neckwear of claim 1, wherein said at least one fastener comprises a take-apart hinge. 7. The neckwear of claim 1, wherein said at least one fastener comprises a quick-release buckle. 8. The neckwear of claim 1, wherein said at least one intra-changeable hermetically sealed display segment is configured to be intra-changed without a key or a tool. 9. The neckwear of claim 1, wherein the at least one hermetically sealed display segment comprises: a display window;a panel provided at a surface of the display segment opposite the display window;a portion of the first fastener provided at one end of the panel;a portion of a second fastener provided at another end of the panel; andthe second coin, medal or bullion bar is visible through the display window;wherein each of said portion of said first fastener and said portion of said second fastener comprises a member of a take-apart hinge or each of said portion of said first fastener and said portion of said second fastener comprises a member of a quick-release buckle. 10. A neckwear, comprising: a neckband;a neckband module;a first coin, medal, or bullion bar;a second coin, medal, or bullion bar;a first hermetically sealed display segment that displays and contains the first coin, medal, or bullion bar through glass;a second hermetically sealed display segment that displays and contains the second coin, medal, or bullion bar through glass; anda first fastener and a second fastener,wherein said neckband is connected to said neckband module, said neckband module is connected to said first hermetically sealed display segment, and said second hermetically sealed display segment is connected to the first hermetically sealed display segment;wherein said neckband module is-does not display a coin, medal or bullion bar, and wherein said neckband module is not hermetically sealed;wherein said first fastener pivotably connects said neckband module to said first hermetically sealed display segment;wherein said second fastener pivotably connects said first hermetically sealed display segment to said second hermetically sealed display segment; andwherein said first hermetically sealed display segment comprises an intra-changeable hermetically sealed display segment, and said second hermetically sealed display segment comprises an intra-changeable hermetically sealed display segment. 11. The neckwear of claim 10, wherein the first hermetically sealed display segment comprises: a display window;a panel provided at a surface of the display segment opposite the display window;a portion of the first fastener provided at one end of the panel;a portion of said second fastener provided at another end of the panel; andthe first coin, medal or bullion bar is visible through the display window;wherein each of said portion of said first fastener and said portion of said second fastener comprises a member of a take-apart hinge or each of said portion of said first fastener and said portion of said second fastener comprises a member of a quick-release buckle.
