The spray system according to claim 3, wherein the registration plate is supported by the motion inducer, thereby reducing a working load on the motion inducer components. 5. The spray system according to claim 4, further comprising: a second registration plate disposed on the spray head frame, wherein the registration plates move at different frequencies. 6. The spray system according to claim 1, wherein the rigid mount provided by the at least one tab prevents the changing of the orientation of the nozzle with respect to the registration plate during motion inducer movement. 7. The spray system according to claim 1, wherein the motion inducer induces at center of the registration plate. 8. The spray system according to claim 3, further comprising: at least one mounting feature disposed on the spray head frame for engagement with a support structure. 16. The spray system according to claim 15, further comprising: a base frame adaptable to a service vehicle, wherein the base frame includes at least one support point; andan inner frame rotatably connected to the at least one support point, wherein the inner frame includes mounting points in locations complementary to the mounting features of the spray head frame, and further wherein the spray head frame is mounted to the inner frame for support and vibration isolation, thereby allowing the spray head frame to be rotated with the inner frame to achieve a predetermined spray angle. 17. The spray system according to claim 16, further comprising: an actuator coupled to the base frame and the inner frame, whereby the inner frame pivots about the at least one support point when the actuator is energized. 18. The spray system according to claim 1, wherein the nozzle is rigidly secured in the aperture, thereby eliminating the possibility of the nozzle working loose during a motion event. 19. The spray system according to claim 1, further comprising: a spray head frame for supporting the registration plate. 20. The spray system according to claim 19, wherein the registration plate is disposed on the spray head frame. 21. The spray system according to claim 20, further comprising: a second registration plate disposed on the spray head frame, whereby the registration plates move at a same frequency. 22. The spray system according to claim 1, further comprising: a second registration plate coupled with the registration plate comprising at least one integral tab, wherein the first and second registration plates move at a same rate. 23. The spray system according to claim 1, wherein the tab is bendable and twistable relative to the registration plate such that the tab resides non-planar with the registration plate, thereby creating a spray pattern, further wherein the tab remains rigid during motion events induced by the motion inducer, thereby delivering a consistent spray pattern. 24. The spray system according to claim 1, wherein the tab is disposed along an outer periphery of the registration plate. 25. The spray system according to claim 1, wherein the tab is disposed along an inner periphery of the registration plate. 26. The spray system according to claim 3, further comprising: at least one wind shear plate disposed on the spray head frame to protect the spray system from wind and passing branches. 27. The spray system according to claim 1, wherein: the registration plate in addition to the at least one integral tab comprises a plurality of integral tabs extending therefrom, wherein each tab includes an aperture therein, further wherein each tab is movable relative to the registration plate such that each tab resides non-planar with the registration plate; anda nozzle secured in the aperture of each tab, wherein each tab provides a rigid mount for the coupling of each nozzle with the registration plate, further wherein movement of each tab relative to the registration plate such that each tab resides non-planar with the registration plate directs the nozzle to provide spray coverage at specific locations, thereby facilitating the creation of a desired spray pattern.
