The vehicle of claim 3, wherein the rotor and drive portion of the wheel axle have teeth and the drive belt has corresponding teeth that engage with the teeth of the rotor and drive portion of the wheel axle. 5. The vehicle of claim 3, wherein the drive system comprises a belt tensioning system. 6. The vehicle of claim 5, wherein the belt tensioning system is adjustable. 7. The vehicle of claim 5, wherein the belt tensioning system includes at least one protruding member that engages with the belt between the rotor and the drive portion of the wheel axle. 8. The vehicle of claim 7, wherein the protruding member is a roller that can rotate when the belt moves. 9.
