The child feeding system of claim 1, wherein the feeding utensil includes: a connector configured to be coupled to the spout, the connector having an axial bore; anda feeding region configured to be placed in a mouth of the child, the feeding region having an orifice, in communication with the axial bore, configured to allow the liquid to flow from the pouch, through the axial bore and the orifice, and into the mouth of the child, wherein the feeding region has a shape of a feeding spout or a spoon. 3. The child feeding system of claim 1, further comprising a second device, wherein the second device is a breast pump, and the breast pump is configured to allow the liquid to flow into the pouch. 4. The child feeding system of claim 1, further comprising a second device, wherein the second device is an adapter configured to couple to the nipple, to the feeding utensil, or to a breast pump. 5. The child feeding system of claim 1, wherein the opening in the holder is C-shaped. 6. The child feeding system of claim 1, wherein the spout is configured to be secured to the opening in the holder with a snap fit. 7. The child feeding system of claim 1, wherein the opening in the holder includes a mouth and a throat, the opening configured to allow at least a portion of the spout to pass through the mouth and to enable the spout to be pressed into the throat when the spout is secured to the holder. 8. The child feeding system of claim 1, wherein the opening is in the shape of an arc configured to allow a portion of the spout to be forced past a portion of the arc when the spout is secured to the holder. 9. The child feeding system of claim 8, wherein the arc is greater than 180 degrees with a sufficient gap to allow the spout to be forced into the opening. 10. The child feeding system of claim 1, wherein an entrance to the opening has a width that is smaller than a width of a portion of an outer surface of the spout, such that the portion of the spout is held securely in place in the opening after the portion of the spout passes through the entrance of the opening. 11. A child feeding system comprising: a spout pouch having: a spout having an entire inner surface not having helical threads; anda pouch formed integrally with the spout and configured to hold a liquid for feeding to a child;a device removably coupled to the spout of the spout pouch by engaging with the inner surface and configured to allow the liquid to flow into or out from the pouch, wherein the device is a nipple configured to allow the liquid to flow out from the pouch or a feeding utensil configured to allow the liquid to flow out from the pouch; anda one-piece holder having: a top having an opening configured to laterally receive the spout when the spout is pushed transversely into the opening, the spout configured to be removably secured to the holder with no additional hardware by the holder engaging with an outer surface of the spout, the engagement causing motion of the spout to be limited, relative to the holder, in both axial directions along an axis of the spout; anda body configured to receive at least a portion of the pouch. 12. The child feeding system of claim 11, wherein the feeding utensil includes: a connector configured to be coupled to the spout, the connector having an axial bore; anda feeding region configured to be placed in a mouth of the child, the feeding region having an orifice, in communication with the axial bore, configured to allow the liquid to flow from the pouch, through the axial bore and the orifice, and into the mouth of the child, wherein the feeding region has a shape of a feeding spout or a spoon. 13. The child feeding system of claim 11, further comprising a second device, wherein the second device is a breast pump, and the breast pump is configured to allow the liquid to flow into the pouch. 14. The child feeding system of claim 11, further comprising a second device, wherein the second device is an adapter configured to couple to the nipple, to the feeding utensil, or to a breast pump. 15. The child feeding system of claim 11, wherein the opening in the holder is C-shaped. 16. The child feeding system of claim 11, wherein the spout is configured to be secured to the opening in the holder with a snap fit. 17. The child feeding system of claim 11, wherein the opening in the holder includes a mouth and a throat, the opening configured to allow at least a portion of the spout to pass through the mouth and to enable the spout to be pressed into the throat when the spout is secured to the holder. 18. The child feeding system of claim 11, wherein the opening is in the shape of an arc configured to allow a portion of the spout to be forced past a portion of the arc when the spout is secured to the holder. 19. The child feeding system of claim 18, wherein the arc is greater than 180 degrees with a sufficient gap to allow the spout to be forced into the opening. 20. The child feeding system of claim 11, wherein an entrance to the opening has a width that is smaller than a width of a portion of an outer surface of the spout, such that the portion of the spout is held securely in place in the opening after the portion of the spout passes through the entrance of the opening. 21. The child feeding system of claim 1, wherein the outer surface of the spout includes two flanges spaced apart from one another and configured to receive the holder between the two flanges such that an upper flange engages with one surface of the holder and a lower flange engages with another surface of the holder. 22. The child feeding system of claim 1, wherein the body has an interior area configured to receive the at least a portion of the pouch. 23. The child feeding system of claim 11, wherein the outer surface of the spout includes two flanges spaced apart from one another and configured to receive the holder between the two flanges such that an upper flange engages with one surface of the holder and a lower flange engages with another surface of the holder. 24. The child feeding system of claim 11, wherein the body has an interior area configured to receive the at least a portion of the pouch. 25. A child feeding system comprising: a spout pouch having: a spout having an entire inner surface not having helical threads; anda pouch formed integrally with the spout and configured to hold a liquid for feeding to a child;a device removably coupled to the spout of the spout pouch by engaging with the inner surface and configured to allow the liquid to flow into or out from the pouch, wherein the device is a nipple configured to allow the liquid to flow out from the pouch or a feeding utensil configured to allow the liquid to flow out from the pouch; anda holder having: a top having an opening configured to laterally receive the spout when the spout is pushed transversely into the opening, the opening partially surrounding the spout, the spout configured to be removably secured in the opening with no additional hardware and with a lateral snap fit; anda body configured to receive at least a portion of the pouch. 26. A child feeding system comprising: a spout pouch having: a spout having an entire inner surface not having helical threads; anda pouch formed integrally with the spout and configured to hold a liquid for feeding to a child;a device removably coupled to the spout of the spout pouch by engaging with the inner surface and configured to allow the liquid to flow into or out from the pouch, wherein the device is a nipple configured to allow the liquid to flow out from the pouch or a feeding utensil configured to allow the liquid to flow out from the pouch; anda one-piece holder having: a top having an opening configured to laterally receive the spout when the spout is pushed transversely into the opening, the spout configured to be removably secured in the opening with no additional hardware and with a lateral snap fit; anda body configured to receive at least a portion of the pouch. 27. The child feeding system of claim 1, wherein the device has an outer surface that engages with the inner surface of the spout in order to form a liquid tight seal. 28.
